Dr. Stephen S. Weisglass graduated from The Harvard School of Dental Medicine and he completed his post graduate training in periodontics at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. Dr. Weisglass is a board certified periodontist (also known as Diplomate). This is a certification that is awarded after rigorous examination by the American Board of Periodontology, a distinction held by fewer than one percent of all dentists in the United States. He has a Certificate in Conscious Sedation from the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Weisglass is an Attending dentist at Montefiore Medical Center. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Weisglass lectures on implants, periodontal plastic surgery, medicine and techniques to enhance patient comfort.

Dr. Weisglas did a poor job on the periodontal work he did on me. After thousands of dollars, lots of pain and poor results I went elsewhere where it was done right.
