Consumer Feedback Representative
The Consumer Feedback Representative is responsible for monitoring and reporting the feedback RankMyDentist receives from consumers on an on-going basis. This includes both positive and negative feedback received via email, online survey, telephone and/or postal mail. The ability to problem solve while maintaining neutrality and a calm demeanor (even in the most challenging of interactions) is essential for this position.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring of consumer feedback phone lines, emails, and surveys.
- Addressing consumer issues in written and verbal form.
