They accommodated me greatly for my Invisalign. Pointed everything out to me and how it would work. The staff were all extremely nice. Even helped shave some price off that Invisalign even post insurance. The way they do things is very organized, you have an app that tracks your day and set of aligners you are on. You can also message the doctors from the app and you send pictures from home. I’m glad I chose here for my Invisalign treatment

Never have I experienced Such exceptional care at every single visit! The team waited to take a lunch and saw me immediately for an emergency visit. Everyone is very friendly and greets you by name. Prairie View in Aurora cares about their patients and makes every visit one that warrants a 5 star review! Thank you for taking care of me and also my daughter! You guys are the best, hands down!

We met with three different orthodontist practices for a treatment plan and quote before we visited Prairie View in Aurora. We felt heard and confident in the proposed treatment plan. Our two sons are currently nine months into treatment and it's incredible the difference in their smiles. It has been easy to communicate with the staff at Prairie View through the smile doctor app and phone, when needed. No need to shop around, you can trust Dr John and the staff at Prairie View!

I truly cannot articulate how kind, energetic, & professional everyone is at Prairie View Orthodontics. I recently went to get a new retainer made/fitted and every employee and doctor I interacted with were amazing. I could not recommend Prairie View more. If only all medical/dental offices treated their patients with this level of care/respect. Impressive all around!

I highly recommmend Dr. John for your ortho needs! I have had two children get braces and have a perfect smile. My last child we are watching for future Invisalign. He is amazing with kids and considers the process along with age and maturity when recommending a perfect fit and time for the procedures. The staff is also super kind and welcoming. Highly recommend to everyone.

This is my second child we have had here and we have loved every bit of it! The staff is amazing, so incredibly nice! They really get to know your child just outside of the braces. They care about the ortho part and will do anything they can to get your teeth right. They don’t drag it out longer than it needs to be. Can’t say enough, love this practice!!!!

We have been going for a year now!! Totally recommended!! Everyone is always Happy, kind, caring..Most important my son is comfortable and loves to go..yes he loves to go there!! Lol..never thought I say that..lol..The front office always kind, helpful and friendly..I can not say enough good things about this place but go see for yourself.

Prairie View is the absolute best Orthodontist! I got my braces from them when I was 12 years old, and my teeth have been perfect ever since!Even now at 25, I have been seeing them with getting new retainers made.Dr. John is so great, he really care about the patients and the progress of their teeth!Also all the staff I have interacted with has been nothing but nice and welcoming!It has been the best office from when I was 12 years old, even until today!

Prairie View provided me with very good customer service. Everyone was so pleasant and kind to me. They were very patient and answered all of my questions. I went in for a 2nd opinion consultation and left with braces the same day! They did not pressure me at all. I trusted Dr. Zimmer right away. They are very affordable and I’m definitely coming back so that my son can get his braces next year. The Dr. was so knowledgeable about my condition and came up with a solution that benefited me not only physically but financially as well. I’m so glad I found this office.

Oh my goodness! Every single person who works in this office is OUTSTANDING! My son was so nervous at even the thought of braces and from the moment we walked in, they put him at ease. The consultation was explained so well to both of us and when he got them put on.... piece of cake! Thank you so much for being so kind and understanding to a nervous kid and his nervous for him mom.My younger son will be heading here soon too.
