I love this place they took really good care of my kid and the place inside is beautiful They have a separate play area for kids with some cool stuff in it like Miss Pac-Man car games so they can drive the cars tablets and even a obstacle course the receptionist at the front desk is so nice The two ladies in the doctor really took care of him during his surgery I most definitely get his place a hundred

We had our second appt here, the technician that cleaned my son's teeth was so unskilled. I had to ask them to clean the plaque before they put the fluoride. We are not going back here again.--------------------Our appointment was at 5:30. We arrived at 5:20 and it's 6:43pm now. And we are still waiting.The doctor and the nurses were great.

I have 6 kids I’ve been taking to this location. However, after today’s appointment, I decided I’ll find a different dentist. My son’s appointment was set for 11:30. They didn’t call me back until 1 pm and that’s after I asked how much longer my wait would be. I ended up getting out of there at 1:30. It was so overwhelming because I had 3 little ones with me and their patience can only go so much. I wish they’d be more considerate with their patient’s time.On top of that, I had to fill out paperwork to change my son’s doctor because the office has a new dentist. This would be like my 3rd time having to sign new forms because of doctor changes. I don’t know why their dentists don’t last long at the same location. Either way, I’ll be finding a new place for my kids. I’m already a bit far from the office and the wait time there doesn’t help.

Loved this dentist so so much! Everyone here is so kind/friendly and funny. They made my boys feel very comfortable and they were very patient with them specially my 3 year old who is very dramatic 😅. It is very kid friendly, they have a playground to keep the kids busy while waiting. They also give out tokens during each procedure and at the end they are able to get prizes with them. My boys did not want to leave! Overall, would highly recommend this place, you won’t regret bringing your little ones here!

I brought all 3 of my boys . They scheduled them all together and cared for them back to back. What they could get done this visit (new patient first visit) they got done ! Our dentist was kind, gentle and soft spoken. Made my kids feel very comfortable. All staff were so amazing ! We came in at 9 and were done by 10:53 for 3 patients! My baby (2yr old) enjoyed the play area while her brothers were being seen. Thank you Smile Magic of Carrollton. I'm so happy I made the switch!

The best dental experience you’ll have, especially for a child! They have the kindest staff, they smile, they are friendly & they are accommodating. We enjoyed being part of the Smile Magic family & I would recommend them to anyone with children. The atmosphere is built for them, so it gives them a sense of feeling calm before the appointment. The Dr is more friendly than any dentist I’ve ever seen almost to the point that you feel joy when speaking to them. Definitely an office he will not be disappointed with.

Better not have a question for te dentist because otherwise she will get offended and think you don't trust her. A simple can you show me on the x-ray, becomes do you not trust me?. All I did was ask a question, not that I didn't trust you. I guess when the dentist here doesn't get hit with any questions it's automatically we don't trust the dentist and we can go somewhere else. Great service !

This was our first time at this dentist and I must say this will be my kids dentist forever. It was worth the drive.They loved it. Everyone was soo awesome from our arrival and the great ladies at the desk who greeted us with smiles and awesome customer service. Dr. Sutton and Justin was AMAZING!!! Even though I don’t know the other members of the team name just know that you guys all did a great job your work and excellent customer service didn’t go unnoticed. We THANK YOU ALL:)

So i found outv about this denistry at a neighborhood event in Carrollton. Ive been coming here with my children since March. I love this place. The staff are wonderful and I do mean wonderful! I don't let just anyone around my kids, but these people are so helpful and caring. They treat my babies like their own. They also have great amenities like a large jungle gym for the kids and awesome massage chairs for the adults. You could literally come here to just let your kids play while you relax, even without a dentist visit. They make us feel comfortable admnd welcomed every time. I'm so glad I found this place.
