Heiner Orthodontics

My dentist referred me to Dr. Heiner for an assessment. At every step of the way the team was friendly, yet professional, and explained what they were doing. Dr. Heiner himself was very approachable, and his in-depth review of my results was both informative and reassuring. They determined my situation did not require orthodontics and told me so. What further impressed me was this integrity factor, so often missing in today's world. I appreciate their honesty and candor and felt a need to write a review to highlight those additional attributes.

Dr. Heiner and the entire staff are amazing! We just started the whole braces process a few months ago with my 7-year old and it was very hard. She was very scared and worried, but the staff was so wonderful. They took good care of her and eased her fears!! I love going there. The thing that really impressed my husband and I was when Dr. Heiner himself, called my husband's cell phone around 8pm the day of our daughter's difficult appointment to make sure she was okay and to check on how she was feeling. We were really pleased! Two thumbs up for sure!!

Dr. Heiner and his team are great. I took my child for orthopedic needs there. Dr. Heiner without cutting any corners gave us a great price. He doesn’t charge extra for follow up appointments. He is very patient and knowledgeable. I had taken my other child to a reputable place in San Jose, and paid arm and a leg for half of the services we received from Dr. Heiner and his team. Overall we had a great experience, Dr. Heiner and his assistants, and front desk are all ver professional. Thanks to his great work, my child now has a beautiful smile great confidence.

Good service once in the door. I understand that medical offices still require face coverings by law, but I think it's excessive that they still make you wait in the car and call in like it's 2020. They need to get with the times and at least let customers with appointments freely walk into the establishment and not treat patients like we are in full lock down mode.

Actually looks into every aspect orthodontics can possibly do for you, glad I consulted here. Will definitely be doing my orthodontic needs here asap. Last orthodontic consultation i had 2 years ago was only about 15 min. Here everything took about 2-2.5 hours. This is how you know they’re doing the most in order to be able to best help you. When my daughter is old enough, no question we will be coming here as well.

Dr. Heiner and his staff are still amazing after all these years. Dr Heiner was my orthodontist 30 years ago and now I’m bringing my teenager to see him. He’s still the smart and funny guy I remember. Staff is amazing, informative, attentive and make you feel like family. The new office is gorgeous too. Dr Heiner and staff gets 5 stars all day.

Dr. Heiner and his staff are doing their absolutely best, to make everything as convenient and "normal" as possible, during this time. Dr. Heiner has even called my son to make sure his new treatment plan is doing ok. That meant a lot. The entire staff are just the sweetest and most professional in every way. They have also done everything possible to work with us financially, as well. We highly recommend this orthodontist.

If you’re in the Modesto area and looking for an orthodontist, you must call Heiner Orthodontics! From the first moment I walked into their office, I was greeted with kindness and care. Not only is Dr. Heiner famous for his “Heiner Smile," but visiting their office is also a lot of fun.The medical industry has changed so much, and Heiner Orthodontics is still a place where they know your name when you walk in. :)

Very friendly staff, and great facility. Only a couple of issues, and it’s with the Invisalign, not with Heiner Orthodontics. One of my Invisalign anchors broke off minutes after it was applied, leaving a sharp shard attached to my tooth. I had braces as a teenager and chose Invisalign for the anticipated comfort and smothness, I didn’t expect to have two rubber band attachment points that were so big, sharp and intrusive. Now I’m back to the old brace days of putting wax over the attachment points so they will stop rubbing my lips/gums raw! But I’m only three days into treatment. Hopefully during my next appointment in two weeks, they will correct the aforementioned issues! 😕

Doctor Heiner set me up in braces way back in 1983 and I wore them until about 1987 as I recall. Here I am 30 years later and my teeth are still in pretty straight shape! I'm tickled to see that he hasn't retired yet! Every time I went into the office for an adjustment, the radio was playing Lionel Richie's "Say you, Say me." Oh, the weird memories we keep! The staff was super fun and friendly to me and I was so shy...it made a big difference to me. Rock on, Dr. Heiner!
