Everyone was super nice, they have me all the information I needed. They also give you a lot of options and work with you to make a plan that works for you! I’ve had quite a few appointments and my experience was just as great as the last. I even needed to reschedule due to heavy traffic and they were very helpful and understanding. Highly recommend!

my belief in dentistry was at a low point until i met Mary Cooke - her practice is above everything i have ever seen - i am 54 years old and have been through the 'dark ages' of dentistry but her practice and procedures are state of the art and i never thought i would see the kinds of results for myself and my daughter as quickly and perfectly as they stated - not to mention that her entire staff is so friendly and professional that her office is like a home away from home for me - *coffee*- i will never be able to truly thank her entire organization for everything -

Cooke Orthodontics was amazing and so friendly. We went to them for a second opinion regarding retainer/braces for my daughter. They put our minds at ease and assured (my very nervous) 9 yo daughter that there was nothing severely wrong and that everything could be corrected. Not doom and gloom like the first orthodontist we went to that had her in tears.

We had an amazing experience at Cooke Orthodontics. We live on the east coast and were visiting family in Napa when my daughter’s braces bracket broke. Cooke agreed to see her the very next morning after I called, and she was in and out in 10 min. Jocelyn did a great job making her comfortable so the broken bracket didn’t continue to cut into her and ruin the rest of our trip.I called several Napa Valley orthodontists before I found Cooke. Almost all the other places I called wouldn’t see a non patient (despite the fact that we live far away and all I needed was for someone to remove a bracket so it wasn’t cutting into my daughter’s mouth). Anyway, Cooke Orthodontics is fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone in the Napa area.

This is the place to get your braces in Napa! The staff take care of everything. They are extremely easy to work with. Super caring towards patients, they made my extremely shy teen feel comfortable.
 All of the staff we have come in contact with (Dr. Mary Cooke, Gina, and Amber) have been very polite, helpful, and explain everything in detail. That also includes the front desk staff.Thank you and we can’t wait to start this journey with you.

Dr Cooke is the best! I took my daughter to another dentist in the Valley and she had to do a procedure three times. It was painful and it didn’t last, however, when I finally took my daughter to Dr. Cooke, she did the same procedure and there was no pain and it lasted years… she’s absolutely fabulous. I travel over an hr now to take my kids to her. She and her friendly, gracious staff are simply the best!

This is by far the most dynamic and wonderful orthodontic office around. I was a dental assistant previously and understand the complexities with patient care. Dr Mary Cooke went above and beyond to provide the best orthodontic care for both me and my teenage daughter. I highly recommend this dental practice and I would give her more than five stars if I were able.

Firstly, I was hoping the staff would take longer to check my stepped-on retainer so I could enjoy the comfy chair.Staff is always delightful and helpful. Got out of there happy and quickly with a retainer that fit and felt better.They always remember me and greet me happily even if it’s been years since my last visit.

There's a very warm atmosphere here, I got the impression everyone really likes their job.Everyone I met was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for better people to work on my teeth.
