Dr Low cared for me 7 years ago when I got diagnosed with Ménière’s disease, which is an inner ear condition that can cause tinnitus, vertigo and ear pressure. From my initial consultation with Dr Low, she eased my worries and tied my symptoms back to TMJ. I have bruxism at night which can lead to tight muscles, a misaligned jaw, and tension headaches. Dr Low used a tensing unit to get me into a more relaxed bite and then fit me for a neuromuscular orthotic. I’ve had many different types of mouthguards and none have helped. In fact, most have exacerbated my pain. Dr Low is special in that she knows how to custom fit it in such a way that it feels comfortable. My bite feels stables. Years ago I had many ENT doctors share with me that I would have to live with Ménière’s forever and would eventually have permanent hearing loss. After my treatments with Dr Low, I got my life back. My symptoms subsided and I was able to function normally again. This means I had my full hearing back, no more neck pain, jaw pain, ear pressure…it was a miracle. Dr Low is incredibly compassionate and cares deeply about what she does. For anyone who suffers from Ménière’s or TMJ I highly recommend Dr Low’s treatments. There are so many self proclaimed TMJ doctors out there but Dr Low is the real deal. Thank you so much for your help all these years!

The staff is very personable. They seem to care for the patients and they advocate for the patients. They and Dr Low try to keep prices as low as possible and try to work with the patients! Dr Low even plays music she learns you enjoy to help you cope with your procedure and experience! She sings with me and we harmonize 🕊! She pauses to ask if you’re alright while cradling your head… bless her heart! A true caring momma figure as she explains procedure and costs to you! I’m so glad I found this dental family 💐

Evil Dentist; DON'T WASTE TIME OR MONEY!!!! My first visit went well and I initially gave Dr. Low a glowing review. All were friendly. She told me to give my payments to her receptionist/assistant, 'Fabyola'. Teeth assessed, told it would cost $12,000. Paid this in less than a year! I asked if she could finish all the next visit was told she would. Instead a woman, with an outside business cleaned my teeth and charged $100. I was not told that was part of the service; instead it was written into an 'Agreement'. Dr. Low kept delaying the dental service. Asked for copies of receipts showing the first $8,000 I paid. Had to come back 3 times before Fabyola gave them to me. Paid the remaining balance of $4,000. Shortly thereafter, I had to have an unexpected laminectomy. I was in the hospital for more than 4 months. Called Dr. Low who said all was fine and to come in to continue to fix my teeth. Once I got there, and after an examination, Dr. Low said to me she thought I was in 'cahoots with Fabyola who she said had been stealing from her' and that "I am not rich! That if I wanted to get the rest done I had to pay $280-$580 per tooth, laughed and told her assistants, 'She thinks she can get this done for $12,000." I don't know what prompted her to think I was in 'cahoots' with her assistant other than the fact that we are both Black. definitely the best dentist I've known. I had my teeth extraction with Dr Sandra Low. excellent, friendly and skillful service. Very patient explanation for me to understand the process. Michelle in Dr. Low's office is also excellent in dental cleaning. amazing experience.

I learned about Dr. Low from my brother he had a full mouth dental implants done by Dr. Low and is extremely happy about his dental implants and smile. I came to Dr. Low because I had a failed dental implant from another dentist. However, Dr Low have corrected that failed dental implant and have done several dental work in my mouth and I’m happy with the work and care provided by Dr. Low.

i’ve always shied away from the dentist until i’ve met Dr Low and now i actually look forward to visiting the office. she is compassionate and her staff is so friendly!

I don’t want to write a good review because I want Dr Low all to myself. Dr Low has taken such good care of me for more than a decade. I have lived on 4 continents and can without any reservation say that Dr Low is the most intelligent, capable, and compassionate medical practitioner who has ever had responsibility for my care. Now her daughter has joined her practice and she is a virtual clone in all the best ways. She is an outstanding dentist and I have no doubt she will carry the torch for her mother with distinction. Dr Low is rightfully so proud of her. Anyway, enough, I guess. I could go on……..Thank you Dr Low. I owe you more than you know.

Dr Low is great but the outcome was horrible. My implant got infected and had to be removed. So now I’m worse off than before, still with no tooth and a flipper I probably have to wear for another year if not for life.

I had an appointment for a cleaning today with Michelle at Dr. Lows office. She was courteous, gentle and thorough. I'm never disappointed with the service at Dr. Lows. Look no further for your dental needs.

Dr. Low was awesome and very skillful. I needed several implants. She’d help me to relax. She did a great job. I’m looking good. Thank you Dr. Low!
