They definitely deserve the 5 stars ! Amazing prices for almost everything. Dr explains everything so throughly that I’m left with barely any questions. The staff as well! They’re fun and are comforting to be around since I have so much anxiety with dental work! They don’t do their jobs halfa$$ either and that’s also a rare sight. Amazing place and definitely worth it! They don’t really do in network with a lot of insurances (from experience of course) but even with that their prices aren’t too out of line and they’ll work with you to make sure you’re comfortable with what your paying. Just overall amazing experience and I’m happy to finally find a great dentist ☺️

I have such extreme anxiety (like many) when it comes to dentist visits. Even more so knowing that I wasn’t going for a regular routine visit but because I had an ongoing problem. I’ve never been here before but was recommended by a local mom group. When I called, to my luck they got me in the next day. Everyone was extremely kind, happy, and helpful. As an adult with an ASD diagnosis, these things can be difficult for me. I was talked to the entire time, told what was happening each step of the way, and welcomed to ask any questions. Made sure I was completely comfortable. Entire staff was on point and I appreciate them so much for taking care of my tooth extraction. They called a few hours later to even check in. Thank you all for going above and beyond.

The environment of the dentist office is welcoming. The staff is both professional and personable, and they were helpful with any questions that I had. They demonstrated a lot of attention to detail during my cleaning and assessment, which made me feel confident in their quality of care. Additionally, the dental procedure I had recently was a success (it took much less time than I expected) and I'm healing well. Overall, I had a very positive experience, felt comfortable during my visits, and I found that they were effective in addressing my dental needs.

I am a former Marketing Executive of an Airline on my vacation in Chicago and had an unfortunate fall resulting in a broken half tooth and a couple got loose requiring an immediate attention. I went thru google reviews and was amazed at reviews of Magical Smiles and sought an appointment with Dr. Puri who readily agreed to accommodate me despite of paucity of time in her busy schedule. In short time she extracted the teeth and then implanted two implants in that period. I was surprised that the complete procedure was painless and with minimum loss of blood. Now I am waiting for her to call me back for fitting of my new teeth. I wish Dr. Puri all the best in her endeavors to give pleasant smiles to others.

Dr .Vineet cares for his patients and always suggests options what is best for them. Nicole helps us to schedule /reschedule appointments based on our convenience within short notice. Debbie, Christina and Heather did an awesome and thorough job for our family teeth cleaning and X-rays. They are very caring with children and help to keep them engaged. Even though I live in Naperville I drive all the way to Plainfield due to the excellent service provided by Dr.Vineet and his awesome team.

This dentist office is a great place! The front desk person, Nicole, is professional, courteous and just very pleasant. If she said she will call you back, she will! That means a lot to me! Also, she actually answers the phone, not some call-bot that you have to jump through hoops with to talk to a person. The dentist, peridontist & hygienist were all very kind, gentle & patient while working on my 88 yr old mother. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I was first impressed by how professional the front office was. Then, Debbie, the Dental Hygienist explained everything as she was working on my teeth for the deep cleaning. Even calling later in the day to make sure everything was good. The office assistant had my insurance quotes for me as well. Again very happy we switched here. This review is quoted from Gary.

The staff is genuinely friendly. Nicole, with whom I had first contact when I made my appointment, and Heather, the dental assistant were both extremely welcoming. Dr. Sharma is so kind and attentive. He communicated with me during the proceedure and put me at ease. He was also patient when numbing my mouth; making sure that I was comfortable before he continued. He called me after my visit to check and find out if I had any questions. When I called the office with a minor concern days after my visit, I received a prompt reply. I am so grateful for the doctor and his staff. I recommend his practice for everyone.
