I went in for an Invisalign consultation and was blown away by the service I received. The office was clean and decorated nicely, and the staff was amazing. Deborah (aka: Mama) was not only very knowledgeable about everything, but super welcoming and sweet! Dr. Patel was friendly and professional. Melissa was friendly as well and made the contracting/financial aspect of the process quick and painless. I was even able to get scanned for my Invisalign on that same day! I HIGHLY recommend Beaches Orthodontics. You won’t be disappointed.

I received a referral from my dentist and it did not disappoint! The facility was very clean and they take precautions against covid including a survey, temperature checks, and hand washing. I watched Deborah sterilize and clean the equipment after each use. Deborah, Dr. Patel, and Melissa were very professional and fun! They made the process so easy and broke down each step in the process. Deborah went above and beyond with detailed descriptions of the pictures of my mouth and the specialized equipment that would help align my teeth for better function and aesthetics. Melissa was very personable with setting up a financial payment and made it so flexible and easy for me for future payments. Very happy with my first consultation and will be proceeding with care here.

My first time in the office with my two daughters was fantastic! The office staff is amazing and Ms. Deborah has a great personality and really loves her job. Dr. Patel was very thorough on what each child needed and took a real interest in both children, interacting with them. They are also very responsive when I call or email questions or concerns! So happy I chose this office!

What a great first time experience we had at Beaches Orthodontics! The team was friendly, accommodating and very professional. They made our daughter feel comfortable for what could have been a worrisome first appointment. We appreciate their teamwork and putting patients first. It’s hard to find such good service lately and they are nothing short of spectacular. We are looking forward to them being our orthodontic specialist for our daughter and anyone else in our family needing treatment.

Dr. Shreena Patel and staff are fantastic and extremely competent in their field. Deborah was able to somehow make our initial consultation with our son fun. The communication was incredible and easy via text messaging and upon arrival, they were expecting us, so no waiting! The office is clean, modern and kid friendly… I felt right at home. I would highly recommend Beaches Orthodontics.

The entire team that I interacted with were so very pleasant and kind. Deborah listened to all of my concerns and was beyond kind and overall a joy to be around. Dr. Patel came in aware of my concerns and my needs and was super down to earth and very honest. Melissa was very patient, kind and informative as well. Overall, I got great vibes from the office and felt extremely comfortable.

Dr. Patel is amazing. We made a few consultation appointments with other orthodontist. We are so glad we made ONE MORE for a different opinion. Two other orthodontist wanted to pull 2 adult teeth because they said my daughter’s teeth were over crowded. Dr. Patel advised NO, we do not need to pull any of her teeth. Her treatment plan was clearly outlined to us. THANK YOU Dr. Patel, my daughter is now out of braces and has a gorgeous smile! We highly highly recommend Beaches Orthodontist.

BRACE YOURSELVES! {pun intended}...this is a lengthy, yet worth to read, review! -- It is with good reason that Dr. Patel and her team (Debbie, Sophia, and Melissa) have 5-STAR status! I was compelled to write a review a few months back and glad I waited for the end of my son's "braces journey" to write a full review. -- From the start each step was explained with no question too dumb to ask, the Damon braces (top of the line orthodontics technology) are offered, and to top it all off the best in service and expertise to match was what we received at EVERY SINGLE VISIT! Do your research and look up Damon Braces...or better yet, make an appointment for a consultation...you will be smiling from ear-to-ear that you did!

After just our first consultation, we were left feeling like we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our orthodontic needs. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted with the friendliest staff, and felt so at ease. Our consultation was thorough, every detail was explained, and every question answered. Dr. Patel was wonderful, so easy-going and friendly, we are so happy to be choosing her as our orthodontist. Highly recommend Beaches Orthodontics!!

Dr. Patel is an uncaring, discriminating orthodontist who runs an unprofessional office. I suppose if you are a young child without the baggage of life behind you, she might be ok. But, if you are an adult seeking help with a long term orthodontic problem, I would recommend you look elsewhere. Case in point, I sought help from he in October for my dental overbite I'd suffered with for over 70 years. Inheriting the problem genetically from my dad, my parents spent tons of money to give me a nice smile by my teenage years. But unfortunately, retainers were not in use back then, and by middle age, my problem came back to haunt me. I had also developed periodontal disease with ageing, but I took good care of my teeth, and retained my natural teeth, although I have many crowns, silver fillings ,a 3 tooth bridge, and an implant. Never in my life of consistently visiting dentist did I ever have a dentist decline to treat me and give me the reason she gave me. She said that she prefers to treat only "fresh" patients. And I guess at age 72, after being treated by another orthodontist who had failed to help me, I was tainted and "spoiled". Wow! After teaching 4th graders in Duval and St. Johns County for close to 20 years, I sure would not refuse to teach a child who had suffered a bad experience with another teacher and maybe been retained in fourth. But, that was that for me! She sent me on my way. She was very callous after I had filled out all the paperwork, etc. I don't know why she advertises she likes to treat adults so much? Maybe I was too old?? Or too challenging of a case for her? I say she runs an unprofessional office because after I had my pictures taken, and a nice girl with dark hair ask me my concerns, a woman without a badge came in. She repeatedly apologized about not wearing her name tag, but she never told me her name. Without even knowing my story, she is the one who decided that I should just continue to wear the retainer that irritated my mouth for all day instead of half a day. That's when Ms. Patel actually walked in. But instead of examining me herself, she just listened to this other girl's recommendation and went along with it making her comment. This professional was shockingly uncaring unless you fit in the right category, so just beware if you are not a child, and hopefully you won't waste your time like I did.
