My Kid's Smile

Scheduled months out to be able to have a 3:30 time slot. Was called twice by them to confirm time, then the DAY OF the appointment we were called to be told “the doctor won’t be in then”. Then why did you let us schedule that? And why were we called to confirm? Very disappointed and frustrated with the entire waste of our time. We planned around this and now have to find somewhere else and schedule months out again because they have poor customer service. Woman on the phone wasn’t apologetic at all and was snappy. On the hunt for somewhere more high quality, very low bar to be able to set & maintain appointment times

My Kids Smile Las Brisas is the best! All of the staff were super friendly and kind. Dr. Emily was so cheerful and energetic, we did not feel like we were at dentist!My child’s gum was swollen with infection and could have been an emergency. I was worried for long wait time but after explaining his symptoms over the phone, I could secure an appointment for the next day. The course of treatment was all very smooth and my child is back to cheerful self. He was so happy to get the prizes after!

This place is the bees-knees! The entire staff, from receptionists, to the dentists, are as polite as they get, and they make my son feel VERY comfortable (and me, too…I hate dentists). I mean, I’m sorry…but…NO ONE like to go to the dentist, and I mean no one. But every kiddo needs a solid dentist, and a place that helps to curb their fear, and Las Brisas is exactly that place! I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a dentist, and I usually don’t write any reviews for businesses, unless I’m extremely satisfied with their service/product(s).If I could leave 6 stars, I would…but I guess five will have to suffice.

I took my 8 year old son here because of the convenient location and the positive reviews. When we walked in the staff immediately knew who we were. The lady brought us back within five minutes, so no waiting. She was SO nice and polite and made my kiddo feel very comfortable. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and we were in/out within 35 minutes. I would highly recommend this place.Also, it was VERY clean! A+++

This place was amazing! We are new to Reno and have had a heck of a time finding a pediatric dentist that takes straight Medicaid. After 2 days of calling different dental offices that were either booked out 4 months or more, or didn’t take straight Medicaid. My kids smile off of Las Brisas was the last call on the list that DHCFP provided me. They not only took my daughter on the same day, but Dr. Emily Vaccarezza was familiar with type 1 diabetes and the process for treatment for diabetics. My daughter loves it there! She has never been one to be afraid of the dentist but the way Dr Emily and her assistant as well as the front staff spoke to Brooklyn as her own individual, I know is what made her feelConfident and comfortable. I highly recommend this dental practice.

The staff was awesome! Super nice and very caring and helpful.Ms. Emily the dentist was so sweet and gentle. As was our assistant that did the cleaning (didnt catch her name).We were in and out quickly and they were very accommodating in scheduling the treatment plan.

The reception staff is just amazing. Great with the kiddos. I'm pretty sure that Dr. Emily is literally an angel in disguise as a dentist. She was so good with my daughter, who was super nervous about the appointment. She was quick and talked to her throughout, easing her concern and giving lots of remarks about how brave she was. I love all the honesty and transparency about the procedures, and it never feels like they are trying to "up-sell" or perform any unnecessary treatment. I definitely trust My Kid's Smile with... well, my kid's smile. Thank you for all that you ladies do!

This place is awful! Bait and switch! My son had Emily and we were referred to Dr. CHAN is office because this office did not offer us other options regarding his oral surgery. Then they charged me for flouride treatment because Emily asked if she could give it to my son, but did not let me know ill be charged for it. How this place has 5.0 stars, must be the employees rating their own office daily!Even though they did not provide me the services they said they would and switched up on me. It was all for the best! Dr.CHAN is WONDERFUL and so is his Staff! Thank you Dr. CHAN located on 850 I st. Sparks NV. My son got all of his oral procedures done and all my kids will be establishing care with Dr. Chan is office, just love him and his staff!!!!

Great place for kids! The staff was friendly and super kid friendly, which is so important to me. Even the waiting room had little things for them to do so they didn’t “bored” but the wait wasn’t long at all anyway. Appointment itself was super fast which is great and I had two kids with appointments at the same time. I worried about that part but they put us in side by side rooms and did the kids 1 at a time so I could sit with both. :) thumbs up to My Kids Smile!

When we were visiting NV from CA for the 4th weekend. We had an emergency dental visit for my 2yo son. The staff were amazing, warm, courteous and kind. They made my child feel comfortable during his whole visit. Dr. Vaccarezza is great with young children and is very knowledgeable . My son immediately warmed up to her quickly. I wish we lived closer so we can have them as our regular pediatric dentist. To be honest, I might consider driving 4hrs just to bring my kids here! They accept Delta Dental California. I highly recommend them!
