I love Dr Warren and her staff!I have been seeing Dr. Warren for more than 10 years. She has done three implants for me and is in the process of getting my fourth one done.I feel comfortable with Dr Warren’s treatments and professional advices. In addition, her staff are friendly and helpful. The fact that I continue going back to Dr Warren’s even after I moved somewhere farther says it all.

Dr. Warren surgically inserted what should have been a routine implant. According to Dr. Canto of Cosmetic Dentists of Houston, Dr. Warren’s faulty work resulted in severe bone loss, receding gums, and the danger of infection. Dr. Canto told me this directly. Dr. Warren never acknowledged her mistakes, only recommending that she do surgery after surgery for over a year. (Each time, the stitches fell out within a day and there was lots of bleeding.) I finally lost all confidence in Dr. Warren’s ability as a surgeon and refused additional surgery. Enough was enough.I am 72 with numerous health conditions and now have constant mouth pain for what should have been a routine implant. Other doctors I have seen since are estimating very large sums of money in order to attempt to fix the damage, with no assurances that the fix will work. The implant may have to be removed completely. Permanent pain and disfigurement are possible.On top of that, Dr. Warren is defensive and confrontational in response to patient questions such as “Why is this additional surgery necessary?” She never once acknowledged that she had made a mistake. Not once.Needless to say, I do not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Warren was absolutely amazing. She possessed extensive knowledge and expertise in her field, which made me feel safe and reassured throughout the entire dental process. Whenever I had a question or concern, she patiently addressed it without making me feel like a burden. I am truly grateful to Dr. Warren for her exceptional care and support.
