I scheduled an appointment with this dental office a month ago, expecting a smooth and professional experience. However, just two days before the appointment, I received a call informing me that they are out of network with my insurance. This last-minute notification is not only unprofessional but also highly inconvenient. It left me scrambling to find another dentist on short notice, causing unnecessary stress and disruption to my schedule. The lack of communication and poor handling of insurance matters is a serious concern, and I am extremely disappointed with the service. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking reliable dental care. One star.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! They are extremely unprofessional and lie to get money from you. They billed my insurance for a bunch of x rays after telling me they are doing me a favor and taking them for free. I only wanted a cleaning and when I told them to reverse what they charged my insurance for the x rays, the secretary lied and said they never said that. I would have never known they billed the xrays unless I looked into it myself with my insurance. They thought they can just get away with it!!!!!I get that it is hard times but this office is doing serious insurance fraud to stay open. I would caution you before visiting this place. Pearly whites is close enough and has way more reviews. Would consider going there.On top of everything, the secretary goes “you said you wanted a cheap cleaning and we just dont do that here.” I would never say cheap cleaning bc they are ALWAYS free and covered by insurance. I laughed when I heard her trying to cover her tracks with this situation.I will be reporting this office because there needs to be an investigation into how they are billing peoples insurance.Be warned and do not visit!!!!

Dr. Berkeypile is the best dentist I've ever encountered! He is extremely patient, thorough, experienced, highly skilled, and oh so very kind. He even does his own cleanings. He also takes the time to explain to you what's going on... every step of the way. In my last appointment, I had some concerns about costs when Dr. B told me that I had to get a couple fillings done. Being inquisitive by nature, Laurie(his receptionist) and Dr. B took the time to answer all my questions. As a person who is self employed, I do not have my own dental insurance. Laurie even went the extra mile to call an insurance company to get more information for me so I could make an educated decision on whether or not I should be purchasing dental insurance in the future. I look forward to future appointments with Dr. B! He is phenomenal at what he does and genuinely cares for his patients. So grateful for him and his staff!
