Putnam Orthodontics - Invisalign and Braces

Wow. What a classy joint. Total surprise behind door #207! Yep I’m talking about an Orthodontists’ office. Wall-Street dressed receptionists who are polite, polished and quick. Instead of a hurried impersonal atmosphere that the practice could have been, I witnessed a softly lit welcoming waiting area and a very busy, well oiled machine in which the staff moved at a quick efficient pace, but took their time and focused in on the patients. Dr. Li was so down to earth and funny. He added to the already comfortable setting. Questions were repeatedly encouraged so we left completely knowledgeable about the work plan, time line, process and costs. Great experience.

Front desk staff doesn't know how any thing about customer service i run late due to traffic coming from far a 45 mins ride. For my child wire to get changed which took about 5-10 mins only to told i must come back next week i tried to call but did not get through i guess network issues. Any way i decided that i needed to change orthodontist because there's no wiggle room for long distance patients. Only to told by the Manager That I CANNOT GO ANY WHERE UNLESS I PAY A HUGE SUM. I HATE THIS PLACE MY CHILD COMMENT "I WILL STICK IT OUT TO THE END BUT DO NOT TAKE THE REST OF MY SIBLINGS AT THIS ORTHODONTIC FACILITY. Sorry dr Pie is okay horrible staff behind his back.

I have been going here for over a year and a half! I just got my braces off today and I have to say it has been the most pleasant experience between all of the staff! Everyone is so nice, the office is so professional and I’ve never been more happy! I will tell anyone and everyone that asks about my teeth about Putnam Orthodontics! It has been smooth sailing and no issues for me 🙂
