My experience at West Loop Smile Studio was more than I had initially expected. I was hesitant and apprehensive about switching to another dentist after having an unfortunate and quite unpleasant experience at another dental office near my home. That visit left me with numerous issues after having a tooth extracted. The lack of response to my concerns about medication and follow up by my dentist prompted me to seek care elsewhere . My health insurance provider referred me to West Loop Dental and I was given an appointment for the following afternoon. I had not expected to be seen so soon and II was quite relieved knowing I would not need to wait an extended period of time for an appointment. The day of my appointment I was scheduled for a 2 pm appointment. I arrived at 12 noon but I was told the dentist would be able to see me sooner than my scheduled time. The support staff was welcoming and professional. The waiting room environment was quiet and relaxing. Unlike the noisy and crowded waiting room of my previous dentist where I had to listen to loud, profanity laced cell phone conversations.I met with Dr. Sikka and another member of her staff and both were very professional and pleasant. I was allowed to explain why I had come in and asked what needs I had as a patient. Dr. Sikka was able to determine what needed to be done to alleviate the pain and discomfort I was experiencing as well as prescribe an antibiotic. She explained everything she needed to do and the entire process took less than 45 minutes and at no time did I feel rushed. I was asked if I had any concerns before leaving and was told that if I needed anything later, I was encouraged to contact the office. My overall experience was quite pleasant and stress free. The difference in care I received at WestLoop Dental and the “other dental office” was mainly due to the care taken to ensure that my health and wellbeing was a priority.There was no delay in my care or a lack of response from my dentist regarding my concerns. I am very pleased with the care I received at West Loop Smile Studio and I am grateful that everything turned out well.

Dr. Bianca Clark and her crew at West Loop Smile are the absolute best. Prompt, courteous & very professional and may I add beautiful and caring. It’s a Zen like office and very chill. I have been a patient of Dr. Bianca Clark at West Loop Smile for 7 years now and wouldn’t dream of seeing another dentist. I actually look forward to going to see her and her team.

Took my daughter in today for a toothache and Dr. Ozzie managed to help my five year old stay calm through the procedure she has.He was patient with her and explained everything he was going to do and the tools he was going to use.Thank you so much! She’s telling everyone about her visit and how well she did.This is the perfect place for families with young kids.
