5 Star Smiles

Got my teeth done 2 years ago. Was told when I got them done there I could get my cleanings done at my local office because when can fly to Miami just to get their teeth cleaned. Well once I started getting my teeth cleaned at the office I started to notice pink small spots on my teeth. I was told by 5 star smiles that it was plaque and that only their dentist can clean the work they did on me not my own dentist locally. Why would anybody fly down to Miami knowing that they have to keep repeatedly flying down to get a teeth cleaning every 6 months? If I would have been told this way ahead of time I would have never gotten my teeth done! Don't get me wrong the teeth look great but they don't look good with pink spots all over them. I'm so disappointed and I thought it was a good investment but it really wasn't please don't waste your time coming here if you don't live locally. Not to mention before I came there they never told me to visit my own dentist for my own cleaning and make sure I had no recent cavities. So when I got there I had to pay an extra $3,000 for fillings and a cleaning... They are not very truthful and they're very misleading! I would add pictures but there's no option for me to add any pictures.Keep in mind it's on the product they put on my teeth. Not my natural teeth. They keep trying to tell me they need X-rays like it's in something wrong with my teeth when it's there products turning color! Please do not get your teeth done there if you're out of town!even sent my husband my chart and claimed I was a smoker because of me not visiting the dentist often so they assumed and put in my notes I was a "smoker" when it was just coffee stains!!! They didn't even ask me if I am smoker! I've never smoked anything in my life!!!! I feel so insulted I will never ever go back to this place again!!!! They will always try to make an excuse

The lifespan of dental veneers depends on whether you have porcelain or composite veneers, and how well you care for them. Porcelain laminate veneers can last from 10 to 12 years. Composite resin veneers need to be replaced sooner, since they last for around 4 to 8 years. 5 star smile do fabulous work however they use resin veneers which you will need to replace within 4 to 8 years. Other than that every smile I’ve seen done by them is amazing!
