Gables iSmile

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Gables iSmile Dental Center and would not recommend it to anyone. I went in for a simple dental cleaning advertised at $69, which included X-rays, cleaning, and a checkup. However, when I arrived, the dentist and his assistant began discussing my dental issues in terms I couldn't understand, without explaining anything to me in layman's terms. Despite being diligent about dental hygiene, I was told I needed a deep cleaning with anesthesia, which cost over $700. When I declined and asked for the intermediate cleaning, they tried to upsell me on unnecessary procedures like cosmetic veneers and even applied for a credit card on my behalf without my consent. It was clear they cared more about financial gain than patient care. This was all sprung on me while I was lying in the dental chair, making it impossible for me to discuss the financial aspect in a proper setting. Although I paid for the cleaning and they performed the X-rays and checked my teeth, I never received the cleaning I paid for. After several phone calls, I finally received my X-rays, allowing me to seek treatment elsewhere. I've never encountered such unprofessional behavior in a medical setting. Avoid this place at all costs.

Dr. Sun at Miami/Gables iSmile Dentist Office is the real deal! From the moment you step in, you're greeted with warmth and a vibe that feels like home. Dr. Sun takes the time to break down everything in a way that's easy to understand, just like chatting with a family member. The office ambiance is on point. If you're looking for exceptional dental care, Dr. Sun is the one. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Literally love my smile they were all really patient with my daughter Sasha who I had to bring with me occasionally , they would color with her and give her snacks while Dr. Laura Perez-Abreu worked on my smile, I loved her work and she is so sweet and kind , this is mostly a female team here and I felt very safe there and comfortable they were very professional very nice and very patient with me and my kid, I give them a 10 out of 10. On top of that, everybody loves my smile it’s very natural veneers. The doctor takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. I give the team five stars I give Dr. Laura Perez-Abreu five stars all around ! Definitely would recommend
