EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING!! I moved from an orthodontist out-of-state halfway through my invisilign treatment. Hubbard orthodontics did a fantastic job at communicating with my old orthodontist to pick up where they left off, and I didn't have to pay more than I had originally planned on before moving! It couldn't have gone more smoothly!!

Dr. Brown is great. He treated me and my mouth very well. My issue stems from the nurses. I was often not told what they were doing to my mouth which wasn’t exactly an issue until i had to literally ask for a receipt of what they did just to find out why i was in so much more pain than the normal appointment. When trying to get my mouth to be level, they never asked if anything felt off which led me to not being able to use the entire right side of my mouth for the two years i had braces. It felt like many nurses were just there to collect a check rather than have any care for their patients. I have a twisted molar, but this was apparently never written down, so at multiple appointments, id be left driving home crying because they had jammed the wire in, and had broken brackets trying to squeeze it around the tooth rather than just do what some other nurses had and just slightly bend the wire to fit it in easily while still having it perform its job effectively. I was left with a great smile, but i still regret the experience with how careless majority of the nurses were.
