Amazing staff from the front to the back! Thank you all for my son’s braces! Will definitely be bringing my daughter to start her treatment. Mercedes the assistant was very informative. I transferred to Ortho 99 Plus 1 - Bartram in the fall after moving to FL from OH. My experience here has been night & day different than my last orthodontist. I thought orthodontics was synonymous with pain from my previous experience. Not at Ortho 99 Plus 1! Not only are they more gentle but also do an incredible job of thoroughly explaining what is being done at every visit. You don’t feel like just another patient being turned out like clockwork, Dr. McEuen spends time with you and has a great leadership presence with his assistants, respectfully communicating and allowing them to perform and have input on treatment. The assistants I typically see on my visits are Mercedes or Alex, and they are both phenomenal. They’re also really great with my 3 year old who is often in-tow. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

We love Dr. McEuen and his staff at the Bartram Park location. We can’t say enough good things about him and his staff for our daughter’s braces. They’re all super friendly, like they’re happy to see you, they explain everything thoroughly, and have great appointment availability. I’m so glad I found this office in a google search and chose them. I highly recommend them.
