Our experience is always pleasant. The staff is professional, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Tessler was able to provide a clear plan for my daughter and is amazing every time we see her. Clinic space is clean, organized, and they have coffee available in waiting area which is always a plus. Will definitely recommend to any family and friend.

I love how Dr.Tessler makes sure I feel good in my teeth whenever I have to see her. I love how every one treats me in Kyle Orthodotics I am so greatful they are taking care of my teeth. I feel so confortable with everyone and I like that they care about my teeth. I love that the assistants ask me how my day is and I love that when you start a appoinment they ask you what you wanna be when you grow up. I am so greatful they care about everyones teeth and that they make you feel confortable around them.

I'm deeply disappointed with the orthodontic services I received at this place. From unprofessional staff conversations to painful experiences during treatment, along with a lack of empathy and inadequate explanations of my treatment plan, my overall experience fell far short of expectations. It's disheartening to encounter such issues when seeking professional care. Despite calling two weeks ahead to report a broken bracket and being assured that extra time would be allocated to address it, I arrived for my appointment only to find that this wasn't the case. I was met with rudeness from the entrance coordinator and orthodontist, who informed me that I'd have to wait at least another 4 weeks for the treatment I desperately needed. This lack of empathy and professionalism is unacceptable, and I would caution anyone against seeking treatment here.Edit: Thank you for your response. It's true that we had consultations before deband, but the issues I encountered during treatment were concerning. Despite being assured of extra time for my appointments to address specific concerns, I found myself feeling rushed during every visit. The incident with the broken bracket, where I was informed of a 2-week wait for treatment, was particularly disheartening. Additionally, I felt cornered when informed that I could seek care elsewhere instead of completing my treatment with your clinic. I understand that mistakes happen, but I expected a higher level of professionalism and empathy from your team. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further and explore potential resolutions.
