So during a huge storm kids waiting outside because the office is supposed to open at 1:30 after their lunch, they decided to sit around and ignore parents knocking on the door, phones still off for lunch until 1:45. If your office is supposed to open at a set time then the employees should adhere to that. You expect patients to be on time and respect your appointment times and such the very least you should do is respect our time. After finally letting us in no one acknowledges you they just sit with their faces in the computers while we stand around and wait. Checking into an office shouldn't be rude experience.

The experience this time was overrated. I have a chid that had a sedation done and it was frustrating but it was done finally. When I went Monday it was confusion. I don't do that, the sign in lady was nice but the ladies in the back to make the appointment was rude. One lady came out to ask me if I brought my child in that needs the sedation and I was dumbfounded. Why would I come to an appointment that not for me. So when we finally got to the back office the lady was awesome and she was brilliant. The rude lady that name starts with an R ,was just out of character and it made my child feel uncomfortable as well on how her and the other lady was both just watching us as if we was some crazy African Americans. It's rude to stare and if they had something to tell me or my child, they both could have addressed it to me and I would have gladly handled it. I don't know if she thought we couldn't afford the $200.00 or whatever it was but I'm a hard working mother and I will and would do anything for my children.Never treat people ugly bc you never know who will give a review such as this one.I can't rate this because I have never been treated this way at the Mandeville location at all period. Thanks for letting me say how I feel bc I called to speak to a manager and I never received a response.

While the play area was cool, the experience in the back was quite lacking. We felt rushed. When it was time to rinse, they said, “go rinse in the sink”…well, would you care to show us where it is?” We had never been there before. I felt it quite strange that when rinsing your mouth you had to get up and walk across the room to spit. Most children at five years old I just learning how to spit much less, hold it in your mouth and walk across the room. The dentist spoke so quickly I could barely understand or absorb what she was saying to me. They tried for 45 seconds to 1 minute to take x-rays and then shoved him along. I hate taking x-rays and the device that goes in your mouth is tricky. I have had dentists spendmore time with me as an adult than they did with my child. We will be looking for another dentist.
