Smile Lab - Union Square

I thought their NOHO location was already great but the new location is even better! Such a beautiful office and everything is high tech. My hygienist, Marina, was amazing!! She gave me so many helpful recommendations and left my teeth looking stunning :”) the doctor is also super friendly and answered all my questions. Cannot say enough great things about this office to my friends!

This office is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pricing is affordable, but I recommend getting a full quote on any procedures before agreeing to it. Place is clean. And I never had a long wait time. But most of all, I want to keep going back because I trust the doctors and physicians to do excellent work. 5/5 dentist practice and I would recommend it to anyone who lives or works in NYC.

I booked an appointment at the last minute for the same day, which in incredible enough on its own. My mouth had an abscess about the size or golf ball, and after searching everywhere to see if I could have it taken care of ASAP, I managed to find that the folks at Smile Lab could take care of me that same day.Everyone was extremely kind and patient. The degree of care Dr. Basseri showed as well as the work done by Clint and Sal was just fantastic. The procedure was performed quickly and painlessly. I was walked through the process the whole time, which was comforting.Working with my insurance was also incredibly simple, and the folks at Smile Labs are incredibly generous with their time and skill. I almost forgot to mention, all the folks working the front desk were (of course) very kind as well. I couldn't ask for anything more from a dentist.
