My son had been nervous for weeks leading up to the evaluation for an expander and waiting for it to be made. Aggy took very good care installing expanders in my 8 year old’s mouth. She was gentle and explained everything to him in a way that he could understand. She also answered all of mom’s questions thoroughly. The whole operation was run smoothly and kid friendly.
