Lucas Orthodontics: Plantation Location

My experience with Lucas Orthodontics was phenomenal. The office staff were always pleasant and welcoming and to put the icing on the cake, he has arcade games in the lobby. Something that stood out during the course of my treatment was that I never had to wait to be seen. Top tier orthodontist, treatment, care and customer service. I am in LOVE with my new smile. Thank you Dr. Lucas!

Dr. Lucas and his staff are absolutely amazing words cannot describe how great my daughter and my experience was. I have had braces on twice because I lost my retainer lol and both times the process was super fast. The appointments were very flexible and I love my smile I get compliments on my teeth all the time and had referred to so many of my clients to Lucas orthodontics. My daughter has had braces on for a little over three years now and does not want to take them off because she’s going to miss the braces and the team here at Lucas!!! Thank you 🙏🏻

I could not help but describe how unenjoyable my experience was. My case was not the standard I had an infected tooth throughout the process and Dr. Lucas made poor efforts to coordinate with my specialists who tried to reach out to him determine an appropriate treatment plan. Just to come in and be somewhat berated from Dr. Lucas as to why I would get a necessary extraction that would ruin his treatment plan when I was the one who needed his assistance as to what to do in this scenario. Staff nor Dr did not even know my name and I was referred to as “buddy” as though I’m a child. I’m 29. Being told my teeth looked like it had crooks even after treatment but when I tried to raise awareness towards it I seemed “difficult”. I have always been regarded as a kind and honest patient per other doctors and don’t like leaving reviews. This is my 1st just because I can’t help but feel like my experience and money was wasted. I now intend to see another orthodontist just to correct the lack of quality performed at this factory like facility
