I had an amazing experience here at Shin Orthodontics. Dr. Debra Shin took care of my treatment really really well and I'm 100% satisfied with the results. She is highly professional with great expertise and always goes extra mile to make sure I' m on the right track for the treatment. The office staff are super friendly and helpful too. My son is currently on his treatment with Dr. Dabra, and if my younger one needs treatment in the future, I will be coming to Shin Orthodontics for sure!Dr. Debra Shin has excellent medical skills and is very kind. She is very careful and responsible in every diagnosis and treatment. I'm very happy with the final result. Now my child is doing juvenile phase II here with Dr. Debra and is very satisfied with it. My upper teeth was uneven when I take retainers off. I was an inexperienced and first-time doing orthodontics patient and he has done with several patients so I couldn’t complain about that.However, It was uncomfortable to chew meat and I couldn't bite thin noodles, so I finally consulted another dentist after few years. After looking at my dental x-ray, He was surprised and said what Shin orthopedic had done it. My teeth are down past the correction line and the space in my mouth is smaller than my teeth so I have had to grind them so much that he shouldn’t.I am really disappointed with this Orthopedic. And what he said after I complained about what he done.He answered as if my uneven teeth were no big deal and natural. And asked me to pay an additional fee to have the proofreading done again.This is not right to happen to me and to others so I am writing review after few years.The picture below is the upper teeth after I takeoff the retainer.Oh, also I remember horrible services! Especially the front desk receptionist. Omg I don’t know why but they act like so uncomfortably and that makes me uncomfortable. And i remember that I was hate to going there also for the traffic!!.I added picture that i got it from my last day.After reading this article, if you really think about patients rather than money, I hope you learn from it instead of avoiding saying you don’t have my name on the list.Visit you again?ABSOLUTELY NOT!
