I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time, and it's truly well-deserved. Our journey with Wemmer Family Orthodontics began with my oldest son and, quite impressively, extended to the entire family receiving orthodontic care under Dr. Schoenfeld's expert guidance.Dr. Schoenfeld stands out as one of the most compassionate and caring doctors we've ever encountered. Her dedication went above and beyond when my second son's orthodontic evaluation revealed a more complex situation, with concerns about a possible tumor in his lower jaw. During this stressful time, Dr. Schoenfeld was a pillar of support, checking in on him weekly until we were clear to proceed with his treatment. Thankfully, his braces journey was smooth and successful.As for myself, I chose Invisalign, and the results have been nothing short of amazing. Now, my husband is embarking on his own orthodontic adventure, which, due to its complexity, required Dr. Schoenfeld to craft a meticulously tailored plan.What consistently impresses us at Wemmer Family Orthodontics is the exceptional customer service. The efficiency of the practice is remarkable — wait times are virtually nonexistent, which is a testament to Dr. Schoenfeld's organizational prowess. Her staff mirrors this excellence; they are always pleasant, accommodating, and ready to assist.Choosing an orthodontist is a significant decision, and I can assure you that with Dr. Schoenfeld, you will be more than satisfied with the quality of care. Our entire family's experience is a testament to her outstanding work. We wholeheartedly recommend Wemmer Family Orthodontics for anyone seeking top-notch orthodontic care.

I initially got my second set of braces completed here in 2019 and the service was phenomenal! They were very diligent in their care and attentiveness.After a couple of years I have managed to get some spaces between my teeth that has caused food to constantly get stuck in them but I can always go back and have that rectified; despite paying extra for permanent retainers and having the invisalign retainers.After going to today's visit I have decide its best I find a different location to get not only my third set but my son's first set... My permanent wire had fell off and come to find out it can't be replaced (Fully understood due to the kinks in the wire itself) but then I was informed that for them to remove the glue off of my the back of the top teeth and removing the wire that was only glued to 1 or 2 teeth was going to cost $95. Not including that if I wanted to replace the retainer it would be about $275. What a shock on the $95 office visit charge considering the appointment was less then 10 minutes in total. I even informed the receptionist had I known that I would have just went to my dentist to have the wire removed.The receptionist at the front has no sense of customer service nor any sense of compassion; from the moment I called, walked in, and even checked out. She literally could careless that I was wondering how last time I checked - office visits were $35 and now its suddenly $95. She had no explanation other than prices go up.Especially in this economy and the hardship people are going through. I drive from South Vero to their Sebastian location due to the care and attention they gave... but after today's visit (with the curtsy of them refunding 20 dollars for the confusion) I will not be returning again. I sent so many people I knew to them to only feel like it has become a huge money grab; Their staff didn't care cared and nor did they seem shocked by what they charged.Affordability no longer exists here, if you go here... expect to spend more than an average orthodontist... which is sad...Transparency should exist in their office with prices being accessible somewhere so people can make their choices BEFORE getting services and not after when they are stuck paying. Especially during price changes.

Please excuse me if im mistaken her name carolyn did my exam followed my the Daughter of Dr Wemmer BOTH ladies was absolutely great’ i went in for a consultation to speak about prefecting my smile and was VERY nervous. I didnt KNOW what to expect but carolyn explained step by step what was to come ‘ SHE MADE ME LAUGH ! We was CRACKING UP actually and that REALLY eased MY NERVES!!! Office was VERY NICE, VERY CLEAN & i was serviced in a timely manner 10/10 i WOULD recommend 😁
