If I could give Smile Source more than 5 stars, I would!! I’ve never felt more cared for. I started out at the north branch, which was literally just as great. And today was my second time at the south hill location. You can tell the employees are well cared for. They’re happy and very attentive with so much patience. I never once felt like a bother with any of the staff members. The receptionist greeted me so happily and we chatted like we were best friends. She also went above and beyond when I had some questions concerning my partner’s dental issues and insurance concerns. The dental assistant and dentist were just as friendly once I’m in the chair. Very gentle and I REALLY liked that I was included in the conversation about my own teeth. I hate it when previous dental teams just talk about me like I’m not right there. They both made sure that I really understood what was going on. And I just can’t express how much I really appreciate that. Keep up the fantastic work, Smile Source! <3

I had a fantastic experience today at Smile Source which is my old dental office. Taylor cleaned my teeth, took x-rays and did a thorough check of my mouth for any abnormalities such as cancer. She proved to be highly skilled and is a great people person! Dr Henneberg then did his exam for dental disease including cavities. He then used a state of art imaging device to check for any oral cancer in my mouth. All of the office personnel are so nice and friendly. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Jim Hoppe
