Friedman Aronson Orthodontics - Waterbury

Have been with them for 2 and a half years. Just had my braces taken off today. From the very start they have been the most amazing to work with, always able to answer questions, friendly and work with my schedule. I’m rather sad I won’t see them after this. Dana at the front desk is my absolute favorite person to see. She always remembers names and always greets when walking into the office. I always recommend them when braces become a topic.

Dr. Aronson and his team are 100% for the patient. I have never had a bad experience in any of my visits. Atmosphere is easy going and very relaxed, I would recommend this practice for patients of all ages. Care is taken at every step of the way and his team has never once rushed me through anything, always taking the time to explain the steps and make sure we are on the same page. I definitely feel like a part of the family and not just another patient record.

I can’t say enough how good of same experience I’ve had here. I went here as a kid and came back to do some adjustments and the fantastic service hasn’t skipped a beat. In fact my whole family has gone here. Danielle, Carla, Ashely, Dana and the whole staff are fantastic. Dr. Aronson is a pleasant DR. To deal with who knows how to treat his patients right. From the minute you walk in to leaving everyone has a smile on their face. This place has my recommendations and business for life!
