It was such a great experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Bass and his team… professional , very friendly , caring and get the job done .. they’re very supportive of my needs, going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and for things to work for me …what a great customer service!!!! … from the front desk to the girls working at the back .. Dr. Bass and his staff at Family Orthodontics are absolutely fantastic!! The staff is friendly and they truly make you feel at home. Dr. Bass is not like any other doctor- He truly cares about his patients. He takes his time to explain everything and he even asks how your family is doing. He also does a great job communicating with patients in Spanish, even though it's not his first language. As a professional and as a person, he is top notch!!
