I went in for a consultation for a new retainer and removal of permanent retainer that was broke on top and bottom teeth. From the time I walked through the door, the staff was friendly and helpful. The process was very smooth becoming a new patient and getting X-rays. Everyone was very knowledgeable and I was given great options moving forward with any treatment. Had a consultation yesterday for two of my kids and we felt very comfortable with the providers, they spent a lot of time with my kids deciding on a treatment plan and have very reasonable prices. We had a consultation with another well known orthodontist nearby and our experience felt very transactional there and they were considerably more expensive; but not at Onshore, they were very personable and I didn't feel they were only interested in the money. An added bonus with Onshore is that they include a water flosser and electric toothbrush in your treatment plan, which I thought was awesome! Feel great about using them for my kids orthodontic needs.

Am having abrasion issues between my front lower and upper two front teeth. DrDubiner did a very thorough and detailed 3-D imaging analysis, including an X-ray. . I greatly appreciated his opinion that unless I was only concerned about cosmetics, he did not believe that treatment would successfully meet my expectations.He said that my Invisalign would take two years and cost $6-7,000, but potentially not solve the problem. He told me to buy a good mouth guard and wear it at night.Who does that?!?!? Talk about an intelligent, ethical and honest practice and caring human being. Nothing but 5+ stars for this group. Parents ,your children’s teeth and oral health are in very good hands with DrDubiner and company.
