Unfortunately I do not have great things to say about the management of the facility. I spoke with Sergio the office manager. I am a local business owner and I enjoy working with my local customers and businesses in my area where I operate my business and live. I treat my customers the way I would want to be treated and my success in my business is due to this good character and mentality. My close family relatives are some very influential dentists ,orthodontist and periodontists so I am quite familiar with dental business and the need as in any business to be profitable but foremost take care of their patiences. After my dentist and cousin Dr Levine of many years retired I searched in my area for another dentist. I used Premiere and after my first visit they recommended the dental insurance they sold me from their office. I paid in full for the dental plan that included many items as x rays 3 cleanings per year and other discounted services and they set up the first of my 3 next cleaning appointments. I take pride in my dental hygiene so this sounded like a smart idea..To make a long story as short as possible ,after adjusting my schedule at work as we all do to ensure I was prompt for my appointment they called within a few hours notice on the day of the cleaning to say the dental hygienist had a problem and was not available to perform my cleaning. I rescheduled understanding this happens. Over the next 6 months working within their schedule Sergio called and cancelled the next two appointments again using the same excuse. After the 3 cancellations and a wait time of another 2 months I needed to find another dentist after an 8 month wait. I called the insurance company to request a refund for services that could not be rendered by Premiere. They referred me back to Sergio at Premiere who refused any type of refund or credit. He then offered me an immediate appointment but after a 6 month wait time and an additional 2 month scheduling for the 1st of 3 cleanings. My trust in their care and dedication to my dental health that they preach so well is obviously just talk and by that time I had found another dentist for my necessary cleaning that was overdue. From a business perspective as well as just plain honesty it sounds foolish to risk a companies reputation ,loose a client and have a business owner in the neighborhood tell this story to so many people over a dental plan that they could not fulfill the services for, and over a few hundred dollars which I am sure my new veneers would have more that compensated the practice. I think the doctors need to see that their hard work and education is being hurt by a manager that is penny wise and big dollar foolish. In summary they took my money and did not supply me with the services I paid for. I may consider small claims across the street from them and have them pay a lawyer to represent them or maybe this is another life lesson.

All they did is take an Xray of my front tooth that previously had a root canal & told me I needed another root canal & a crown totaling over $3,000. I went to another dentist & all I needed was my filling replaced & cost me $194.Dr Beckerman never even looked in my mouth nor gave me a cleaning. He was willing to perform an unnecessary procedure on the spot which I didn't have the money for & could've simply fixed my tooth with a filling. A crown would've destroyed my tooth according to the other dentist who fixed my tooth in 5 minutes.

Had a wonderful experience!!! The hygienist was amazing. She got down to business but had a gentle touch. The dentist was personable and friendly. I will definitely be back again.

Not ADA compliant. The building has only the most rudimentary ramp, a very steep one too close to the stairs for safety. There are no automatic door openers, and the doors are very heavy. The staff only offers to help after the wheelchair pusher has tried unsuccessfully several times, and there is no help on the main floor. There is no one to help patients get into the dentist's chair. There aren't even arms on the chair to help with the transfer.

Started going here recently and have had a great experience. Very professional, clean, and well run office! edit: have since gotten all of my wisdom teeth extracted and it was quick and painless. They know what they are doing here!

Had a bad experience here. Said 2 teeth needed to be pulled and only 1 needed to. Went back for a cleaning and they would not call my perio for very recent X-rays, said they had to take them themselves or wouldn't clean my teeth. Decided to find a different dentist.

The staff is professional, polite and courteous. The dentist and his assistant really do a great job of putting me at ease with a sense of humor and an enormous amount of skill. They do a wonderful job and it is painless dentistry at its best. I highly recommend them.

I am so happy I found this dentist office. I was in need of a root canal and other offices I called didn’t have any availability until 3 months out. Premiere Dental gave me an appointment in 2 weeks. When I arrived the first thing I noticed, which makes a huge difference, is the scent in the air. It smelled absolutely amazing in there. I checked in and was called immediately. Within 5 mins. I knew we were off to a good start. Once in the back, the assistant greeted me and started small talk (which I appreciated). That’s something small that makes a huge difference in your visit. I felt welcomed and very comfortable. My dentist came in, explained everything that will take place, and educated me on my teeth and my plan moving forward. During the procedure I was asked numerous of times how I was feeling and if I was doing ok. By the way, I felt no pain at all. I loved everything about this place hospitality. I’m so happy I found them. This is my be dentist.

I had a great experience. Staff is very welcoming and nice, and do their best to accommodate your schedule. Technician was really good and very friendly!

Staff is excellent and knowledgable. The proprietors (doctors) are excellent at what they do and are current on the latest dental technology to drive more effective results. My family is more than happy with the service offered.
