MINT dentistry at Addison

Very misleading practices. I went in for a basic cleaning and somehow I now owe $300 because submitted a claim for almost $500. I was not made aware that the “x-rays” they did would not be covered by my insurance. They also forced me into doing a consultation about Invisalign which I declined and now I still get a WEEKLY call about a service I don’t want. I will not ever go back because it feels like they want to do everything they can to do unnecessary expensive services.

Disappointed with my visit today. I am currently pregnant and refused x-rays prior to my cleaning and was told since I hadn’t had x-rays in the past year (I was still pregnant at my last cleaning as well, where I refused x-rays) that they could not legally perform a cleaning. This is NOT true, they cannot legally require an x-ray to do a cleaning, but they can have a “policy” that they need an x-ray. Being a medical professional myself, I am disappointed in how they handled the situation. It is unethical to refuse care, even when a patient does not consent to a non-required image that may help with care. A patient always has a right the refuse certain procedures, but this should not cause them to go without care.

MINT at Addison is amazing. This is my first visit with them, and I will definitely be back. Everyone is so kind and patient. They’ll break everything down and answer any questions you have with no hesitation! They make you feel so comfortable and welcome , any show you want to watch or music you want to listen too and these massage chairs,chefs kiss !

Waited over an hour and finally had to leave without being helped, to return on time to my job. Everyone was really nice though. It was just unfortunate that only one doctor was working during the time I was there - or that’s what I was told. I’d prefer going somewhere else. Let see if they decide to charge anything to my insurance. If so, I may need to stick with Mint Dentistry.

VERY SATISFIED! If you have not had a chance to experience the dentist in a refined , relaxing , and overall fun way. STOP WASTING YOUR MONEY! MiNT is amazing ! The office is very clean , there are a few entertainment options while you’re getting work done , and the staff is extremely well trained to handle any type of patient . Honorable mentions are Jacob(office mgr), Veronica, Isaí (hygienist) and of course Dr.Verma! Make an appointment now so you can have sexy teeth like me

If you’re looking for A great dental provider I would highly recommend you give Mint Dentistry a try. They have a family environment an atmosphere that made me feel really at home, they really showed me they were concerned about my needs and they exceeded my expectations. They have fair and affordable rates, no matter what income level you’re at. I will always go back to Mint Dentistry to take care of my personal dental needs.

Ive visited this location twice and overall have visited mint dentistry for the last 4 years of so in different locations, last time I went to this location I was told I had four cavities and my bill was going to be $4500 I was in shock and visited another Dentist which the new dentist told me I had no cavities! It was a lie and I got my two wisdom tooth removed and a deep cleaning which was all I needed!

After the very bad experiences that I had with Plano location ! I’ve decided to try Addison office today !! Although at Addison location they were very busy but I received the best service ever ! First of all staff were amazing , very friendly , nice , caring and helpful , second of all doctor Tran was so nice , patient and knowledgeable! I will recommend them to all , so I had wonderful experience and very satisfied

Dr. Tran and his staff at Mint Dentistry were so kind and detailed in remaking my new molar sexy crown. I am a reactive claustrophobic patient, but Dr.Tran stepped me through the process professionally. My results were excellent and I will definitely go back for more work in the near future. The 0% interest payment plan made it possible for me to get the dental work done.

I’ve had to replace many fillings I have gotten here. They were quick to rack up charges. Today I saw a photo of one of the many fillings I have gotten at Mint and they literally just wedged a piece of the filling material between the back two teeth. I couldn’t even get floss through it. Even while I was a patient at Mint, I had to get so many fillings replaced by a different dentist at Mint because they were done incorrectly. However, I do recommend Dr Kim at Modern Dental! He’s very honest and does great work. Which wasn’t my experience at Mint
