The service was good, the billing was quite an issue.I cannot complain about the service.We did the "Pay up front", but that did not work out so well. Keep all documents. Do not let them say "the rest will be insurance". Get that settled immediately.In my opinion, they harassed us relentlessly after completion even though we were assured everything was paid up front.Again, my opinion, but unless your kid has real "snaggletooth" issues, save the orthodonture for later in life.I think the whole orthodonture industry has become a big racket. Take your time. If there are very serious bite issues seek help. If there is an alignment issue, wait and see. Just my observations, proceed as you will.[Edit] If you can find as many orthodontists as you can find mattress stores in the same general area, ask yourself: Is this really legitimate business? Just my opinion, again, but worth your consideration.

It's a very welcoming environment, and that's the reason I decided to come here over a few other options. The staff is kind, patient and comforting. Special s/o to Dr. Twiggs for kindly explaining the reasoning for my treatment, Allison for being super polite, relatable and understanding, and Kelsee for being really charismatic and explaining step by step what she was doing and why she was doing it. Thanks to all of you for making me feel comfortable throughout this process, thus far!

Today my son had his first appointment to have Invisalign installed. We worked with Samantha and she was exceptional! She was patient, answered all my questions and kept my son comfortable while she was putting the brackets on his teeth. She was so good at explaining how the weekly scans will go and make sure his first set of trays fit perfectly. She made this appointment so easy for the both of us! We are looking forward to working with this team throughout the process. Thank you, Samantha!Allison is our patient coordinator and she was phenomenal with getting us set all up.
