The service was good, the billing was quite an issue.I cannot complain about the service.We did the "Pay up front", but that did not work out so well. Keep all documents. Do not let them say "the rest will be insurance". Get that settled immediately.In my opinion, they harassed us relentlessly after completion even though we were assured everything was paid up front.Again, my opinion, but unless your kid has real "snaggletooth" issues, save the orthodonture for later in life.I think the whole orthodonture industry has become a big racket. Take your time. If there are very serious bite issues seek help. If there is an alignment issue, wait and see. Just my observations, proceed as you will.[Edit] If you can find as many orthodontists as you can find mattress stores in the same general area, ask yourself: Is this really legitimate business? Just my opinion, again, but worth your consideration.

It's a very welcoming environment, and that's the reason I decided to come here over a few other options. The staff is kind, patient and comforting. Special s/o to Dr. Twiggs for kindly explaining the reasoning for my treatment, Allison for being super polite, relatable and understanding, and Kelsee for being really charismatic and explaining step by step what she was doing and why she was doing it. Thanks to all of you for making me feel comfortable throughout this process, thus far!

Today my son had his first appointment to have Invisalign installed. We worked with Samantha and she was exceptional! She was patient, answered all my questions and kept my son comfortable while she was putting the brackets on his teeth. She was so good at explaining how the weekly scans will go and make sure his first set of trays fit perfectly. She made this appointment so easy for the both of us! We are looking forward to working with this team throughout the process. Thank you, Samantha!Allison is our patient coordinator and she was phenomenal with getting us set all up. She is a wealth of knowledge and helped us throughout all the paperwork. She is great at her job! Always cheerful and helpful. Thank you, Allison!

Staff is very friendly! Makes sure my son is comfortable during every visit. Takes into consideration the discomfort and pain. Prices vary but very affordable. A very busy center, you definitely have to schedule next visit before leaving or else you won’t get in for a couple weeks out, especially if you have to reschedule for any reason. However, if it’s urgent they do get you in right away!

Expensive and hard to get appointments. When you have to reschedule expect to be pushed out another month. They were also not the kindest to my child during one of her adjustments. They have since made a change on who is allowed to work with my child however it doesn’t fix the anxiety it has caused her.This is only round 1 or 2 treatments and we will not be returning for round 2. If it weren’t for the financial penalty I would incur I would have left after my child was in tears from the pain and lack of empathy the assistant caused.

Today my daughter got her 1st phase of braces taken off. Happy with the results thus far and can't wait to see her progress going forward. Love the time and patience that the staff takes with my daughter and how they explain everything to her and myself. Have been coming here for a couple years now, 1st with my son and now with my daughter. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

They were super friendly, I walked in and right away they made me feel like we were best friends. I went there for a new top retainer since the one I had cracked and they gave me a free consultation and didn't try to sell me anything, they did give me options for Invisalign but I didn't feel obligated or like they were pushing me to do it. They put my kids on a program where they send them a book on their birthday and I plan on taking my kids to them as soon as they turn 7. Overall a great experience, I just picked up my retainer today and it fits perfectly and it's so much nicer than my other one. Thank you Hurley and Volk orthodontics I appreciate your help!

Had the best experience today at Smile Doctors!! Love our team of Jessica and Alexis!! Both were so efficient and thorough! Honestly I’m So Happy With My Smile. The Time & Care They Take For Each Person Is Amazing! I Did Most Of My Treatment In The Algonquin Location But I Also Visited The Hampshire Location Which Was Amazing Also Both Places Always Took Very Good Care Of Me To Be Satisfied & Comfortable With My Braces , I Highly Recommend Them They Do A Great Freaking Job !!! I’ve been coming to Hurley & Volk since 2014. My braces experience was a breeze with team the only pain I had was when getting my braces tightened. The after treatment with my permanent and nightly retainers have been a wonderful experience with keeping up to date that my teeth stay straight and clean.
