In the 2 years I had my braces on and I would go it was always amazing, the atmosphere is amazing the employees are extremely nice and friendly and they seem to really enjoy what they do. My favorite employee by far was Alexandra since she was always nice and upfront about everything and would always receive me with a smile.

Some of there employees don’t know what they are doing and kept hurting my mouth. They also kept having to go get help. Then after I finished paying for the braces, my teeth weren’t fixed yet so they said they would make me pay $250 dollars per visit until they were done. They also sprung this on me with no warning. It’s just not run very well.

Please please please read all the negative comments. I know their rating seems good but a those that had something negative to say are very accurate! I read the good reviews and the bad reviews and as a first time potential patient I can say the negatives are what you need to focus on. I had an appointment Dec 11th 2024 and when I got there early people were already waiting in the parking lot for them to open. Come 9am (the time they open and my appointment) the waiting room was nearly full and I was not called until 9:35am. When I got back there you can tell they are overbooked and all the techs are tending to the patients. By the time k was finished the doctor came in at the very end just to tell me the time frame she recommends and that’s it. I had three questions so in all of I’m being generous she was in there about 5 mins then she was gone. I ended up going with a different orthodontist for my ceramic braces and they cover up to two years after the braces come off for $2300 total package I got. One coworkers went to where I did and my other one that also lives in Algonquin will go as well to take her son once I told her not to book this place. Hopefully this honest review helps someone :)

They do amazing work and are reasonable! The appointments are quick and the staff is great!

I have had nothing but problems over the last year with my braces. I have a crown that requires a special bracket. Unfortunately, they do not carry the specific fitting for it, nor do they actually order it when I have been told it has been. This is a reoccurring issue! I have called and told they will follow up. They never do. You have to route through a call center where people are never helpful. Overall, my experience has been less than lacking luster. It is very unfortunate because the dr herself is very sweet. If you're looking for braces, I would look elsewhere, and if you do choose these guys, I hope your experience is better than mine.

Everytime you want to call the office you have to spend 20 minutes on the phone with their call center in india, even if it is normal business hours.

The orthodontist here is so great! We love bringing our kids to the Algonquin location. The staff is very professional as well.
