Nellie Gail Orthodontics: Braces and Invisalign

I have been taking my daughter to see Dr. B for the last 4 years. Our dentist recommended him. Every year we seen him he didn’t recommend putting her braces on just yet. He waited until all her baby teeth fell out and permanent teeth were coming in. He’s not like most Ortho’s that just want to rush and out braces on. My daughter was always happy with him and his staff. Then when it was almost time to get the braces off Dr. Stephanie had taken over so Dr. B could retire. She was just like him. She cares and ensures everything is done right. My daughter now has her braces off and we had the best overall experience with everyone in the office. They are all amazing helpful people. Shout out to Nellie Gail Ortho, very professional and accommodating place. They have movies playing to distract you from any uncomforting moments during your examination.Huge applause to the staff, one staff member in mind (amongst others) is Mariana. She has always been welcoming and kept me at ease while going in for treatment.Great team.

Nellie Gail orthodontics is my happy place. Dr B was my initial point of contact until he retired Sept 1,2023 and had Dr Stephanie and another orthodontist Dr James take over his practice. It was a smooth transition for me having Dr Stephanie take over my care which eased my anxiety has I hate change and love my repore with each provider. The quality of care and buisness integrity has maintained since Dr B left. The staff is still here which is awesome since Pam, Mariana, at the front desk makes everything smooth, whether its answering questions, accommodating special requests with schedule changes , or payment questions. The Dental techs Barb, and others also make my experience a pleasant one especially when taking Xrays in house. I love that everything can be done on site and as a healthcare provider myself, using too notch equipment is a huge plus! Everything is effortless here. Dr Stephanie is awesome and her bedside manner is top notch and comparable to Dr B which is extremely important for me. She is a superstar in my book, super smart, personable and engaging with my questions regarding standard of care and while entertaining me during my numerous attempts at negotiating shorter treatment plans . My niece was a patient who has since graduated and taken off her braces and Im still waiting for my turn.I would recommend NGO to everyone whether you are an adult or kid needing to fix your teeth. I personally know others who work for other orthodontists in the area who bring their kids here which says alot! You are investing in your health, your teeth and your smile. They have payment plans and options for everyone to help make the transition easy.

I highly recommend this practice. I'm extremely happy with Nelli Gail orthodontics. When I enter to office, I enjoy intracting with welcoming and friendly team and dentists. All are professional and the way they handle scheduling, insurance claims, techniques of attaching Invisiline and braces, the labs they use for Invisiline, type of braces, scanning to check the improvements , and doctors' diagnosis are way more professional and effective than other places. Cost of any procedure s and services are very reasonable while services are professionaly done with the high satisfaction. Besides I'm patient of this office for a year, I brought my kid here too for second opinion. Example: my kid's orthodontist told me he needs Spacer for his upper jaw cause his teeth doesn't have room to come out. Two other doctors told me the same. I brought him to this office and I have been told there is no need for spacer now, and we have to wait and check his teeth every 8 months and use it when is really needed. Spacer for upper jaw expands the upper jaw and upper teeth doesn't sit on the lower teeth anymore! For upper jaw, expander can be used at anytime. When I asked about the cost in case he needs it in future, cost was 8 times lower than other places!!' they don't do anything that you don't need which less likely happens in Dental practices. They are honest and fair, they are highly expert, and cost of services are reasonable. I have been introduced to this practice by "my own orthodontics" who told me that only this office can help me with Invisiline at my condition and structure of my teeth!!!

I am so happy to be with Nellie Gail Orthodontist. I myself was a patient and was really pleased with my treatment. I now bring both of my kids for their Orthodontic care. Pam and the front staff are always helpful and friendly. Their hours are good for working parents. They offer one late day in the week and one Saturday of the month. Nellie Gail also offers great cash prices and payment plans. I can’t say enough good things about the office.

We are so happy with the treatment we recieved at Nellie Gail Orthodontics! My husband and son had treatment a few years ago, and now we're back for our daughter. Any anxiety you or your kids may have about the orthodontist will be put at ease here! The office environment is fun, with video games to occupy you while you're waiting, and movies playing on screens in front of the exam chairs. Everyone you interact with is very friendly and makes the whole experience wonderful!

Great experience! Everyone-front desk, Orthodontist and staff are helpful and patient in explaining things and answering all questions. I did not feel rushed and they have a very kid-friendly waiting room, which I greatly appreciate. My 8 year old was initially hesitant to come for a consult, but they are friendly, authentic and put any fears at ease. Would recommend this business to friends and/or family! Thank you again.

I had the pleasure of meeting the doctors at this office and I loved them! Dr. James & Dr. Stephanie are not only very knowledgeable but are very caring and sweet. I immediately felt comfortable with them and felt that I could trust them. The office has a very positive and welcoming environment.
