10/10 experience, my wife recommended I go to Brush365 since she goes to see Dr. Mahmood at the Frisco location.Everyone was very helpful and worked with my crazy schedule. Dr. Doan was very nice and got everything I needed done in one appointment! Pain-free! Thank you so much for everything! The only place we’ll go to!!

I went here a few months ago, mainly because the reviews were great. But, I feel it's mostly overated. I think one of the big reasons why all the reviews are 5 stars is because immediately after your 1st visit, they send you a text asking to leave them a 5 star review.During my visit, the dental assistant was very nice and friendly, but it seems as if they don't have a hygienist because the dentist is the one who cleaned my teeth. The first thing she said to me (before even saying hello or looking at my teeth) is if I ever considered getting braces. Mind you, I'm an adult far past the age one typically would get invisalign, etc.. and I would only consider it if my teeth were horrible. But, I only have minor crowding in the front, so it's out of the question for me. I told her this, yet, for some reason (most likely monetary), she kept bringing it up throughout my visit.The cleaning was also painful (borderline torture at times) as she scraped my tongue a couple times with her cleaning tools. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone!

I’ve had a massive fear of the dentist for as long as I could remember and did everything I could to avoid going to even basic teeth cleanings. However, Dr. Mahmood and her team always went out of their way to put my comfort and security first in whatever procedure they did. The staff never hesitated to answer any of my questions about the procedure and checked on me throughout my appointment to make sure I was feeling safe. I would highly recommend brush365 to anyone. To the staff who work here, Dentistry with Integrity is not just a slogan, it is process they follow with every customer who walks through their door.
