10/10 experience, my wife recommended I go to Brush365 since she goes to see Dr. Mahmood at the Frisco location.Everyone was very helpful and worked with my crazy schedule. Dr. Doan was very nice and got everything I needed done in one appointment! Pain-free! Thank you so much for everything! The only place we’ll go to!!

I went here a few months ago, mainly because the reviews were great. But, I feel it's mostly overated. I think one of the big reasons why all the reviews are 5 stars is because immediately after your 1st visit, they send you a text asking to leave them a 5 star review.During my visit, the dental assistant was very nice and friendly, but it seems as if they don't have a hygienist because the dentist is the one who cleaned my teeth. The first thing she said to me (before even saying hello or looking at my teeth) is if I ever considered getting braces. Mind you, I'm an adult far past the age one typically would get invisalign, etc.. and I would only consider it if my teeth were horrible. But, I only have minor crowding in the front, so it's out of the question for me. I told her this, yet, for some reason (most likely monetary), she kept bringing it up throughout my visit.The cleaning was also painful (borderline torture at times) as she scraped my tongue a couple times with her cleaning tools. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone!

I’ve had a massive fear of the dentist for as long as I could remember and did everything I could to avoid going to even basic teeth cleanings. However, Dr. Mahmood and her team always went out of their way to put my comfort and security first in whatever procedure they did. The staff never hesitated to answer any of my questions about the procedure and checked on me throughout my appointment to make sure I was feeling safe. I would highly recommend brush365 to anyone. To the staff who work here, Dentistry with Integrity is not just a slogan, it is process they follow with every customer who walks through their door.

The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Mahmood was very attentive to my concerns and addressed them in a way that I could easily understand. My annual cleaning/check up went over extremely smooth and I didn’t experience any form of discomfort during the process. I was in and out of my appointment! I definitely would recommend you visiting this amazing staff!

I never look forward to dental office visits since it makes me really anxious, and I always expect the worst. However, today was the exception I had a very pleasant visit with Dr Mahmood, her assistant Neha and the rest of the staff at brush365. They were attentive, the procedure was painless and the crown that I got was an exact match to my teeth. I look forward to my next visit!

Just had a visit here with Dr Sara and I was blown away by the service. There are so many cookie cutter dental offices on every corner, I was referred here by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. They have some technology that I had never seen, doc did an intraoral scan of my mouth to see if I am a good candidate for invisalign. I used to hate the puddy impressions from back in the day, she explained with the scanner we never had to do a puddy again!

I was so nervous about going to the dentist and am so happy that I chose this office. Elizabeth at the front desk was so helpful when scheduling as a new patient. Neha was an absolute gem! She made my daughter and myself feel so comfortable. Lastly, I cannot express how amazing my experience was with Dr. Mahmood. She knew how nervous I was and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend this dental office!

Blown away by the outstanding team at this location.. Everyone is so extremely professional and individually admirable. Neha and Sonya always provide the warmest of welcomes.. Dr. Shah is not only highly skilled, but incredibly personable, and managed to make my dental experience truly enjoyable, which is something I never thought I’d be able to say. Eagerly anticipating my next visit!

Dr Mahmood and their team are our family dental rockstars!. It's been over a year when we first got in contact with Brush 365 during the 21 winter storm, I had an entire cracked molar for 3 days with sever pain and no dentist was able to take me in until Dr Mahmood did everything possible with as little power they had available, she literally saved me from a living torture, afterwards I've got my implant replacement procedures completed nice and smoothly, all the staff is thoughtful and thorough, we have one member of our family with very traumatic experiences and she's been very happy with the attention from brush365All around you'll have an excellent experience in the good hands of the Brush365 team!
