Before getting braces I was really scared of the whole process because I knew it was going to take a lot of time. But then after I came here for my first appointment, I automatically just put my faith in them because of how they really told me everything I needed to know. My sister also came here before me so she gave me a sneak peek of the all good before coming here but then once I came here I knew this place was perfect for me.

I received the lingual braces treatment from Dr Kraus and had a terrific experience! The attending doctors were very kind during every one of my appointments, and I miss coming to their office for my visits. My teeth look miles better than they did when I first came due to their expertise. I will forever recommend Dr Kraus and his team to anyone looking for an excellent orthodontist office.

From Katie's warm greetings to Jeanette's remarkable patience in explaining my son's braces process, the entire team has been exceptional and approachable. The office exudes beauty, cleanliness, and a cheerful, welcoming atmosphere, thanks to its happy staff!

It's rare that you visit any kind of establishment and receive consistent service no matter how often you visit. The staff never fails in service via a phone call or appointment. Everyone is always so fun and professional, the kids love everyone and even look forward to appointments! They are fantastic with kids. We always learn something and are always put at ease with any concerns or help we need. The entire process from the start has been amazing and results are impressive after only 4 months! We will always go to Kraus for any ortho needs bc we love and trust everyone there. Our daughter's confidence shot up as soon as her braces came off and now she understands how beautiful she is. We're beyond happy and impressed with Kraus and appreciate them so much.

We couldn't ask for a better place to take our daughter. Each time we go in everyone is so kind and patient with us, they genuinely seem happy to work there. Dr. Kraus is so nice too, he takes the time to listen and does what is best for the patient, even if that means waiting!When she got her braces on she was nervous, they were so patient and explained every step. She was relaxed and had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Dr.Kraus and his staff are caring, friendly and wonderful all around! They always run on time and make sure that you and your kids are comfortable with whatever is going on.Recently we had an issue with a tooth on my daughter and Dr.Kraus showed nothing but compassion, going above and beyond to make sure that she was taken care of asap.We highly recommend this office!!! Not surprised these guys have 300 straight 5 star reviews!My experience was no different but hopefully my story can resonate with the unconventional seeker of orthodontic care.I went to Dr. Kraus on recommendation of my dental hygienist who saw two of my teeth hitting each over in a way that worried her. I had stopped wearing the retainer of my youth when the wires broke and my teeth had started shifting.Dr. Kraus recommended a short stint of Invisalign which straightened things out in merely 5 weeks with 3 different trays (is I think the word they use).But I’m extremely elated that with the Invisalign the second to last tray and the last are essentially the same so that if one ever breaks I have a built in failsafe which would prevent this issue from ever happening again. Love it!Dr Kraus’s staff is also extremely professional and approachable. The clinic runs operationally well. As I work in healthcare it bothers me to no end when top of the line providers are surrounded by a lackadaisical support staff. This is in no way the case here!

Dr. Kraus and his team are absolutely the best! From the moment you walk in for that first visit they make you feel like you’re part of the family. They ladies in the front office always greeted us with smiles on their faces and his assistants always made sure that my son felt comfortable for every visit. The service is phenomenal!

This dentist is so awesome! My daughter's space maintainer came off one tooth and was dangling in her mouth. I called an after hours dentist, as it was 9:20pm, who called Dr. Krause, and he drove into the office (at 10pm, while it was storming!) to pop the other side off for us until we can see our orthodontist. We're not even his patient! I am so thankful. I will refer everyone I know to him, and may even switch to him ourselves. Thank you, Dr. Krause!

I genuinely loved my experience with Dr. Kraus & his team in the 4 years that I had braces. To me, they were like a second family & the energy they emit as soon as you walk in really made a dreadful experience like wire tightening into something that I honestly miss. I never felt like I was ever in the dark or confused when it came to how or why my teeth were being treated & fully trusted Dr. Kraus no matter how long certain phases of the treatment took. In the end I couldn't be happier with the results & you will find only the best of the best at Kraus Orthodontics
