Wisdom teeth removal – who knew such a dreaded thing could be a positive experience.I am 9 days post-op from having all 4 impacted teeth removed by Dr Laski. I was so afraid of having this done that I delayed it for more than 30 years!On the day of my consultation, I knew that I was in good hands with Dr Laski. He listened to my fears without judgement, calmly explained the procedure, potential risks, aftercare, and pain management. He properly prepared me, and I was confident that if I listened to all his instructions I would be just fine. My greatest fear of unbearable pain was not realized due to the pain management protocol he uses. This is not to say the procedure is not without discomfort and it was no walk in the park. But for anyone who is on the fence about having their wisdom teeth removed I encourage you to seek a consultation with Valley Oral and in particular Dr Laski. Like me you may find yourself pleasantly surprised that the procedure wasn’t as bad as I feared, that giving myself appropriate time to recover and heal is very important and following the aftercare and pain management instructions is vital to a positive outcome. I feel relieved and extremely satisfied with my experience at Valley Oral and would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of this “dreaded” procedure.Shout out to my husband who took excellent care of me at home which I think is also a strong contributing factor to my overall experience.

Absolutely amazing experience. 4 tooth extractions with very little pain or drowsiness afterwards. Entire pricudure took 30 min, and I was in and out in under 2 hours even after a scheduling conflict and troublesome billing (no fault on the office!). They have a great team of Front Office workers, and everyone there was more than willing to answer any questions. Even after a mix up for appointment location (something my employer messed up), they still got me in, and taken care of. The front office was also super helpful on a phone call to email me a signed copy of my medical voucher to submit to my employer after I had forgotten it at their office after my consultation last month.

Staff helpful when it came to scheduling appointments. However, I was misprescribed with oxycodon instead of an antibiotic for my wisdom teeth infection which is a HUGE mistake. This resulted in nausea and ineffective treatment to my infection. When brought up the issue on follow up appointment, I did not receive much of an apology for the error. Would be cautious and double check any prescriptions you receive here.

I am 59 years old never had any type of dental work a day in my life but I needed to have a tooth pulled. Needless to say, I was very nervous. I was shocked at how quick and easy it was. I was virtually pain free. The staff was very helpful. I had more information and prescriptions than I actually needed. I also knew what my insurance would cover. I highly recommend this place

Dr Robert Laski and his clinical team literally “walk on water” I had a molar extraction with an implant, which lasted no more than 35 minutes. The anesthesia I chose was local numbing with novocaine. The injection procedure, as well as the extraction was painless! Dr Laski and his team communicated with me throughout the procedure every step of the way and I remained at ease all the time because of their support.I want to emphasize that given my background I very rarely misjudge healthcare professionals, so I can recommend this oral surgeon without any hesitation! Dr Laski and his surgical assistants are truly “the dream team” when it comes to excellence in dental surgery. What wonderful caring and competent professionals. Thank you!

My experience was alright until you guys rescheduled my appointment 30 min earlier without letting me know, made me come to my already too late appointment with my 11 months old baby, and didn’t even say sorry for doing so. Oh one thing you’re very good at is sending emails about payments and dues instead of being professional and actually caring about having regular patients! Good luck making business like this! 👎🏼 a pic with date and time attached, still didn’t hear that appropriate word “sorry” getting a response on my review. Shame on you saying that I arrived late.. simply admit that you’re wrong, no need to come up with lies!

I can’t say enough good things about the staff of Valley Oral Surgery. Dr. Laski has extracted impacted wisdom teeth from both of my daughters, with excellent results. The Valley Oral Surgery Team was extremely flexible and compassionate when my youngest was in pain and needed her wisdom teeth removed quickly. Despite how busy Valley Oral Surgery was, they went the extra mile to provide for her; getting her seen, scheduled, treated, and followed up with in record time. The staff is professional and kind.

Had to have a root extraction and opted to get a dental implant. My dentist recommended 2 oral surgery practices . From the initial phone call to schedule a consult, meeting Dr. Laski, having the procedure to then having the post procedure followup appt. I can only say how wonderful each staff member has been during my care. They answered all my concerns and am so glad that I picked this practice.

This establishment was wonderful. The nurses and the girls there were so nice and comforting. Front desk got me in for an Emergency appointment in a half hour. I am so grateful. And the Dr. had the best bedside manner and compassionate, kind, caring. He had the most soothing Dr. voice. They were all exceptionally amazing! If I could give more stars I would. Thank you!
