As someone who recently embarked on the journey to straighter teeth, my experience at QOC (Quality Orthodontic Care) has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in for my initial consultation to my latest appointment, the professionalism and expertise of the staff have been evident at every step.The consultation process was thorough and informative, with the orthodontist taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain the Invisalign treatment plan in detail. They addressed all my questions and alleviated any apprehensions I had about the process.Throughout the treatment, the staff at QOC made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed.Highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience today! The entire staff was accommodating! Dr Fleming was patient and transparent with treatment expectations. He answered yall my questions! I found this office from a google review so it’s very fitting I leave one for someone else. The location is perfect and central to Alpharetta. I cannot wait to start my treatment . My son started here January 2022 for braces.The staff is outstanding. Each visit has been great. Rescheduling a appointment was done with excellence. My son Senior year schedule was extremely productive. They always was able to fit him in. He got braces removed March 2023. Smile is beautiful. Both locations are extraordinary facilities. The facilities are very bright and clean. All staff are professional. They really treat the children well. I will definitely refer people here. My son dentist Smile for kids didn't have any appointment s available for braces. So they referred us. 👏🏾 💐 to Qualify Orthodontist. They are definitely experts in the Orthodontist industry. I plan on using them in the near future

I’m very happy with my results. Dr Gluck/Flemming did a great job and my favorite assistant is betty! She’s super nice and takes great care when explaining everything and her bedside manner is unmatched. I had a couple hiccups which is normal in treatment that is ongoing/long, but Rhonda was able to take care of it and made my whole experience better! I started in Invisalign but decided to go with traditional for compliance reasons but either are great, just Invisalign would have been faster and more efficient. I do love that they worked with me on my payment and they offer whitening at a competitive price at the end of treatment!

We have always loved our experiences at Quality Orthodontic Care. The place feels so inviting and the staff is so welcoming. They are thorough with their checks of my daughter’s teeth and her Invisalign. Even at 10 years old, she loves going to the orthodontist because of how great the staff is! Phenomenal service!!! 100% satisfied with my results. I’ve waited to get braces for years because of horror stories. The entire team took great care of me!!! Dr. Gluck gave me realistic timelines and stuck to them. If I needed any appointments or adjustments every effort was made to accommodate me. First time visiting QOC. The level of professionalism and friendliness was awesome- from scheduling my appointment, parking spaces for new patients ❤️❤️❤️, the treatment coordinator, the exam assistants to siting down with Dr. Gluck, who by the way is very thorough when reviewing the plan and expectations. Just a Class Act Practice!!!! I am so pleased that I found this practice💚

Im sure the dr is great but I only spent 5 mins with him. The tech who worked on me didnt listen to my concerns and was rough. I left with bonding on teeth that had nothing to do with my issue. I dont know how to get the glue off to floss those teeth. My mouth had little cuts along the gums where she worked. Everyone else was great. I would not recommend this office for children- unless you want them to be butchered.

The staff at Quality Orthodontist Care is amazing!!! From the time I walked in and left out I felt so welcomed. Michelle and Amy was so professional and friendly and explained everything throughout the visit. Dr Gluck was so understanding and explained the treatment with every choice I could do and said he will make sure I’m happy with my new smile.
