My experience was overall AMAZING!From walking in, and being greeted by the very kind receptionist, meeting with the awesome treatment coordinator, and talking with the very knowledgeable Doctor who seen things at my prospective. This was beyond set to my expectations. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I definitely feel like home. I couldn’t of picked a better place for my care.

Appointment was on-time, staff was friendly and did an excellent job of explaining the diagnosis and recommended treatment plan. My young child felt comfortable and happy with the staff and office, which is important to me (as well as their known clinical excellence). My eldest child had braces with Dr. Porter many years ago and it was an excellent experience. Highly recommend this practice.

As a 53 year old guy, the last thing I thought I would need at this stage in my life is an orthodontist! But when I was told by my dentist, that I needed oral surgery (that's a whole different review), teeth straightening, and then dental implants, things changed a bit for me.My dentist referred me to Porter & Harris after the teeth removal to help align my teeth. I have been wanting to get pictures of the office but a review of this nature doesn't seem to require them. Because here is the point - EVERY SINGLE person I have interacted with at P&H, have been absolutely amazing.Every staff member of every team, in every department is kind, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and here is a key one - empowered. The office aesthetics are welcoming and comfortable. They even have a gaming lounge for the kiddos. I am super grateful that everyone at the P&H team is now on my wellness team. They are the BEST!

Although I decided to go with another orthodontist since Porter and Harris Orthodontics was out of network with my dental policy, they were very thorough with my exam and consultation. Chellie the treatment coordinator was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable, funny and professional. I somewhat felt bad for how many questions I had since this was my first time going through orthodontic treatment process and dealing with dental insurance. She was very thorough about the process and answered all of my questions in a friendly and respectful manner and never made me feel rushed. She truly went above and beyond my expectations!Kevin

This is an excellent clinic that was recommended to me by friends in Orlando. I came from Ukraine and I needed to continue the orthodontic treatment that I started back in Ukraine. I was given a free examination and consultation, as well as an archwire replacement and a free dental consultation. I am very grateful to Dr. Harris for the top-level assistance provided!

This by far is the best location for someone needing braces. I was already in braces for a year and they took over my care and did a tremendous job. There isn't one staff member there who I think did not care about my progress and helping me achieve a nice smile. Both Dr. Porter and Dr. Harris listen, provide advice and really make it their mission to give you a great smile if you do the work required. I'm glad to be out of my braces but would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking to fix their teeth and smile. Service is great from the front desk to the ortho chair, can't thank them enough for the hard work they all put in!!

Porter & Harris Orthodontics has done a wonderful job with both of my kids orthodontic needs. The doctors and staff are very warm and friendly, minimizing any of the anxieties of getting braces. We were provided with very thorough treatment plans, so we could select which options best suited our kids. Both kids had the self-ligating braces,,,fantastic. The in office financing was great and helped to significantly ease the cost management for our family. Communication was excellent throughout the treatment process. We are very pleased with the care and service our kids received and love the new smiles! Highly recommended!

So grateful for this team! They have taken such wonderful care of my daughter throughout her braces and now implant journey. The details, the promptness, the communication and follow-up is incredible. Most importantly, is how they’ve cared for her as a person not just as a patient. Porter & Harris is the BEST orthodontist in Orlando! Do not go anywhere else!!!!My case is pretty special as I will need jaw surgery on top of braces to fix my under-bite - so I was referred to Porter and Harris by another Orthodontist (a family friend) who raved about their specialty and care. Since coming to their office it has been an EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE.When they heard of my surgery consultation coming up - which I was pretty nervous about - Shell - one of the ladies on the floor took her time to write me the SWEETEST postcard. On another visit, we laughed for minutes about the array of pen colors I had in my pocket. Of course, Bethany could not let me leave without asking permission to give me another one.They are EXCEPTIONAL with kids and adults alike. Every technician is so specialized and makes the experience feel like a spa. I love the interruption in my busy work schedule to spend a calm, relaxing, joke-filled 45 minutes with the Porter & Harris team.Thank you on-boarder Shelly for selling BIG and allowing me to know this is the place I had to be. Thank you, ladies - Bethany, Shell, Deanna, Ashley, Brittany, and the diligent and so sweet front desk scheduler Kalene for serving your clients SO WELL. Saw Dr. Harris and her staff today and it was awesome. So informative and so sweet. Went in thinking I needed conventional braces was happily surprised to find out I can do Invisalign. Was able to do my scan same day. I look forward to getting my teeth fix.Thank you Dr. Harris
