Heintz & Bankhead Orthodontics

This was our first visit at Bankhead Orthodontist. My 12 year old came in for a consultation for treatment. From the first phone call to schedule the appointment you are greeted with kindness and positive energy! When you enter the office you can just feel the positivity in the building. While we were there we were lucky enough to experience how they celebrate their patients. I would 1000% recommend this office!

Bankhead orthodontics is amazing!My daughter and I love you guys! The energy and positivity is noticeable from the moment you walk in. Everyone here is so fun- singing, joking w the kids, the whole experience is very nice. I am a repeat customer and now my daughter just started her journey as well!

Both of my kids have gotten their orthodontic care here, and I couldn’t be happier with their experiences w Heintz and Bankhead. One of my kids has special needs and is treated so amazingly and respectfully. The orthodontists, assistants, and office staff are all so sweet and take incredible care of their patients. Highly recommend them!!!

AMAZING! I went in last week for my consultation and they knocked it out of the park. The office had me feeling very warm and welcome. Front desk staff was so friendly. Rachel was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Dr. Courtney explained everything in depth and answered any questions I had. No feeling of being rushed or like I was a burden. Scheduled my appointment to come back to get my braces put on and they did everything possible to work with my schedule. Working in the dental field myself I had high expectations and they went above and beyond! Will recommend for sure! Keep doing great things Bankhead!

Peace and all good!I had a great experience at Bankhead Orthodonics.Yesterday, I went to get my braces/Invisalign, and as they expertly tended to my teeth, they were super friendly and joyful. I can tell that they love what they do and the people they serve. That's awesome!

Our consultation was enjoyable and thorough. The staff is very personable and extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable from the moment we walked in the door!!! Looking forward to be working with them in the future for my kids orthodontic needs. The kids are excited as well they think it will be a fun experience with earning points.
