I am so glad we decided to go with THE HILLS (Smile Lab)! Everyone there is so welcoming and friendly. The office manager is so kind and helpful, and both the orthodontist and the dental hygienest are just so personable. They explain everything to both me and my son (age 12, and the one getting the braces). They made the whole process of getting braces on fun and my son was so excited to get his braces on!Plus they offer Saturday appts, which work for us. Couldn't be more pleased so far....thank you team!

I drove 30 mins to get here to have a great service for my braces. Team members are so nice and kind to help me with all my question. They are very professional and love what they do, especially they always smile before starting your appointment. Smile brings happiness. A little over a year ago my daughter and I came to our first consultation. After having met with a few other local orthodontist. My daughter was immediately at ease and comfortable with everyone at the Hills. They are kind and accommodating and respond quickly to everything. The office has always worked with our schedule and I’m so grateful for such a positive experience for our child. Again, we have been here for more than a year and my thoughts haven’t changed- the office is clean and friendly always. I’m so grateful to make something that is a bit difficult a lot more comfortable!

Absolutely amazing experience at this office. All the staff and doctors are so caring and go above and beyond in their care. I was extremely impressed with all the latest technology in the office and how comfortable and easy the visit was. The doctors (Harvard and Columbia trained) really spend the time to examine you, explain to you your options, and treat you like a family member. Not like any other dentist or orthodontist I have ever been to before!

Kristyn has a natural talent for explaining insurance, making it seem easy and understandable. I absolutely love The Hills Orthodontist’s. The team feels like Family, they are also ways so personable. I really feel like they care about my teeth, my comfort when they are changing wires and tightening things up, they always explain what they are doing. Their bedside manner is far beyond exceptional. You can’t pick a better orthodontist. Kristen is also amazing at dealing with my crazy schedule and getting me in if I need something in a pinch.
