Busciglio Smiles Orthodontics

We went for our consultation for braces for my daughter today and we had a great experience. The staff was very nice welcoming and knowledgeable. We were able to ask questions and I was so surprised when they were able to put my daughter’s braces in that same day! I am very appreciative of the dentist and his suggestions to make sure my daughter will have results she will be happy with in the future.

For sure this Clinic is for kids. My kids are welcome and received good care. I trust them with my kids they are clean. First impression in a dental clinic is the key. The Bathroom is Clean, reception area organized. I had a chance to see the preparation before taking care of my daughter it was amazing. Highly recommended bring your kids you can trust them.

Wonderful staff! The hygienist and dentist were very friendly. It was my 2 year olds first time ever seeing a dentist. My son liked it so much he said later, to his father, that same evening, that he wanted to go see the dentist. I only gave 4 stars and not 5 because in my sons take home bag, he received an age appropriate toothbrush. Unfortunately, the toothpaste was for 6+y/o. I tried to explain to my son that he couldn’t use the toothpaste and he had a fit😅 I am sure it was not intended it’s just hard telling a 2y/o he can’t have something he was just given.

Another great visit with Busciglio Smiles. Ashton at the front desk is always pleasant and welcoming, and this clinic has so many professional staff that provide great customer service. My treatments have proven better results than I expected. We are extremely happy with the service from Dr. Busciglio and his staff!! All staff members have been great but Courtney and Aston truly-truly made the difference in our wonderful experience as they represented the dentist office with the utmost professionalism. From day one, the office were upfront with my family on all expenses and procedures. As of today, we have never been charged additional fees or told that the procedures had to be done. After witnessing the high level of service given to my wife, we made an immediate decision to start our daughter with this same dentist office. Due to insurance challenges, referral requests, and cancelations, it took us 12 months to get our daughter teeth pulled before she could start the invisalign process. During this time, the office never once pressured us and help each time we need assistance. Absolutely, Top-notch service!!!

My 8 year old had been going to a well know dentist in Lakeland for years, that she liked, we changed to Busciglio due to insurance but i wish we had done it sooner. My daughter was so happy with Dr. Sanchez and I was happy with all the staff, I cam in contact with. Very pleasant professional staff. They took me back gave me a tour of what would happen then, I waited up front, smaller children parents can stay back. My daughter came out and said she loved it and was able to teach back what her dentist taught her about how she wants her to brush her teeth and how to floss. Her teeth never looked so clean either. They do not price guage. Im very happy with them that mu daughter will be going to their orthodonist as well.

Dr. Sanchez is an amazing pediatric dentist! She is truly passionate and dedicated to serving children in our community. She is extremely knowledgeable and I trust her judgement. On last minute notice, Dr. Sanchez and her staff saw my daughter for a dental emergency after-hours and I am forever grateful. I won’t go anywhere else. Our experience has been excellent.

This was a first ever visit for my child. The office was clean. We got there around 8:15. A lady was cleaning all of the chairs in the lobby. I asked if they were open. (Hours online said they opened at 8:00). She said they weren’t open, but that we were welcome to sit inside and wait. That was very nice. I instantly submitted a review to Google to correct the hours to 8:30. I don’t like feeling like I’m somewhere I’m not supposed to be. Regardless, the lady was very nice. She checked us in. My daughter and I sat in the play area where she enjoyed playing with some toys. Once again, very clean. We went back and were told to wash our hands in front of the staff, which was a little weird to me, but we obliged. I’m guessing there is a reason for this? I was also asked to wear a mask which was odd. Not sick and my daughter wasn’t getting any work done, just getting a cleaning and check up. We then saw a hygienist who was very pleasant. She made sure my child was comfortable. She answered all of my questions and then the dentist came in. Once again, very pleasant. Wonderful staff, can’t say that enough. They gave my child a sticker and a balloon. Stopped by the front desk to check out and make the next appointment. Once again, very pleasant staff member. I appreciated the cleanliness and friendliness and the comfortable feeling we got on our first visit. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Lopez and the entire staff were wonderful with our 2yr and 4yr old at their visits this week. Even with my younger child being anxious and somewhat uncooperative at first, they did a great job making him feel at ease and keeping things playful so they could successfully do his exam. The entire team is friendly and the office runs very smoothly. We love this dental practice!
