4 of my kids and I have all seen Dr. Velez forBraces/invisaline. He entire staff and Dr. VelezSpecifically has seen my kids grow up. They have made us feel like family and no matter how long goes between visits (even years) she will recognize and you and great you like family. Jose is a great manager and they all are so amazing. A++++++

The technicians and front desk personnel are very nice. The technician was very thorough. I will say that the only disappointment was not being offered a special tool to help remove the trays from my teeth. I called back a week and a half later and the technician was able to share with me that I could purchase a tool to help remove, the trays from my teeth in order to prevent more breaking of my fingernails. Other than that I feel Invisalign is great!

My experience with this orthodontist was good. I started with very bad teeth and by the end of my braces I was very happy with my teeth. Also all of the staff members are very nice and are very helpful a few people who help me are Ismael and Ben but all of them are very nice including the doctor who definitely helped me a lot. Overall I would definitely recommend this place for your braces.

The professionalism at Apple Valley Orthodontic truly stands out. From the moment I walked in, the staff's friendliness and the doctor's expertise made me feel at ease. This is a bittersweet moment for me since my braces journey has come to an end after a few years. I can tell you this office has some of the kindest people I have ever met. Dr. Velez and her staff truly go above and beyond to make sure you are happy throughout your smile journey. I am so thankful to everyone who has worked to give me a smile I can be confident with. I only wish the best for Dr. Velez, Ben, Bree, Amanda, and everyone else who has worked with me. Thank you all again!!! Also, for Ben, I still have to share the playlist I made for the office with you!!!!

Been coming here for years I loved the energy from each person within this establishment, they’re great people and all have welcoming energy especially with the great Dr. Velez. If I could’ve kept my braces longer I probably would just to keep coming back 😭 but if you consider any orthodontist to go to I highly recommend this place all the way.

Dr. Valencia is an incredible doctor and takes real genuine care into dental work. Unfortunately, the staff there is incredibly rude, disrespectful, and have violated patient rights and offended the disabled. I scheduled an appointment to speak with the financial coordinator who claimed he was the office manager. The reason why I went there in the first place was to resolve and get to the bottom of a shocking situation. My family members are going through financial hardship due to a life altering surgery. It is incredibly obvious of this and also the patient is disabled as well. Julio was called to discuss the finance path and had aggressively threatened my father who was disabled. My father was asking basic questions and was responded with "they call me out when a situation needs to resolved." He took a stance that was preparing for physical force. He then raised his voice that immediately took a turn to yelling. He canceled the care plan without consulting with Dr. Valencia and providing a written reason. Due to the severity of the situation, I called to schedule an appointment in hopes of resolution. The appointment was for 9:10 in the morning on a Wednesday. The office was not busy. We were not called until 9:55 am. We were not greeted by Julio. He had a coworker come to get us. When we stepped into the office Julio did not rise to greet us, shake our hand, or introduce himself to us. What boggles my mind the most is that he did not ask me for my name at all and he still proceeded to disclose patient information. He told us to "sit down" and just pointed at a chair. He then asked "what do you want?" This was incredibly rude. Considering this is the first time meeting this man, I was taken aback. On top of this, he had a random employee in the office with us. The employee, Ishmael, was just standing there with his arms crossed and did not provide value to the meeting. How I took this was Julio was still trying to display an aggressive stance. I asked Ishamel who he was and why he was there. He just replied with his name. I took offense to this because who needs backup when speaking with two disabled persons and an enlisted person? Julio spoke to me with disdain. His presence represented that of someone who hates his job and hates his clients. He could NOT answer basic questions and even though I had taken a friendly position despite the greeting of disrespect, he continued to disrespect my family and I. He refused to assist us with our options. I had asked for Dr. Valencia to give me a call and I wrote down my cell phone number. He disregarded my number and told me he would not know when she would get back to me. He said this in a disengenuine way. Furthermore, he said "well if we are done here you can leave." This response was given to me after I had asked for more information on the account. I persisted and he said he had declined to answer any questions. I asked him "you can't provide me with a date and time that you spoke with my family?" to which he sighed heavily and rolled his eyes. I had asked Ismael to also give Dr.Valencia to give me a call since I did not trust Julio to do so. Julio did not stand to shake our hand or to walk us out. He is incredibly disrespectful, rude, not fit for the position and extremely unqualified as far as customer service . If this persist, the business is set to fail because of his offenses. As a service member, I feel utterly disrespected. My family, who are disabled, have taken great offense. I want this to be resolved since my family member still has the braces on and has not seen treatment for the past month. Dr. Valencia has tried to give me a call and I have a scheduled appointment with her. I feel terrible giving this review, but if this situation continues to go awry I would want people to avoid this practice and avoid the disrespect and rude behavior.

Great service overall! Ben does a great job making sure everything is tightened up and as comfortable as possible until the next appointment. Friendly, personable staff and very accommodating when changes do occur. I’ve been coming here for two years now and on my home stretch to get my braces removed. Very happy with my overall experience and results so far.

All the staff are super friendly. The doctor is excellent 🌹👌 attentive to everything.From the beginning to the end they explain everything very well. Your doubts and concerns are answered clearly.I loved the result of my teeth!I felt very comfortable and happy. 👏🤗

My kids started their braces journeys about 4 years ago, and 2 years ago, I got Invisalign. I am so happy with my results and with my kids' progress! They both have had some extensive dental and orthodontic needs, and Dr. Velez and her team have been STELLAR! Everyone has been so professional and hospitable! We have been here so long, they all feel like family at this point! Love them, I recommend them to everyone!
