My daughter needed extensive work done and the process was long but we are finally at the end. The staff at Nakfoor was awesome regardless of which office we went to. Addie started the process with us and was there on the last day with a huge smile. Crystal and the rest of the techs were also super personable, professional and always smiling. While we have a few final checks in the future, I am glad we chose Nakfoor and would choose again!

I had a GREAT experience thanks to the amazing, Leidaly. She was incredibly patient, kind, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my appointment. Her attention to detail and caring attitude made all the difference. It's clear she's a vital part of the team. Anyone would be lucky to have her assistance during their orthodontic journey!

I went to Nafkoor Orthodontics for a consultation and found the whole experience positive. Addie (treatment coordinator) and Joanie were both warm and welcoming and very helpful in explaining the process and what to expect. I met with Dr. Nakfoor and left feeling comfortable in the options that were made available to me and in how the practice communicates.

Absolutely love everything about Dr. Nakfoor’s office in Arlington Heights. Everyone is always polite and courteous and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. We’ve been here for 2 years working on my now 10yo phase one of expansion/braces. Today we started phase 2 after meeting with Addie to go over everything. Addie made things easy to understand and she is an absolute delight. It’s impossible to be here and not smile! Highly recommend!

Nak4 orthodontics is the best! I am on my 3rd child with them and we couldn’t be more happy with not only the results but the service they provide. From the ease of scheduling with Joan, to any front desk help/questions with Kim, all front of the house service is always taken care of with kindness and ease. The girls who work on my son, Crystal and Leidaly, are informative with the work they are doing, gentle, and kind as well! The overall experience at Nak4 is top notch!!!!

This is truly an exceptional office. Everyone, from the front desk to Dr. Nakfoor, helped make the experience a great one. Bella took all of the X-rays and hi-tech scans and made the process fast, simple, and fun. JoAnn not only spent time to explain everything to me, but also to my 8 year old to make sure she knew what to expect when she gets her expander/braces. Dr. Nakfoor gave us a clear and concise plan for what to expect for the next few years. The front desk staff made the check out process super simple and enjoyable. This was an A+ dental experience.

We were referred here for our daughter, Emmerson. We had the privilege of spending most of our time with JoAnn, who was extremely friendly, kind, down to earth, and fun. She made the experience informative for the parents, and a blast for the patient to be (and her little brother)! We then got to finish our appointment with Kim, who also made our daughter feel special and important, even in the process of scheduling. Dr. Nakfoor was also great, and I can see why his practice is so successful! We can’t wait to start our daughter’s orthodontist process here!

I only write reviews if the experience was very impressive or very disturbing . This one unfortunately is not impressive at all . I took my two boys in for an evaluation and I found the office manager Joanne very rude and condescending in follow up email communications . I simple inquired why the price for same treatment was almost twice as much . I was floored by her nasty behavior toward me telling me I can take my boys elsewhere for another opinion . This is totally uncalled for if you call yourself a office manager . You should not treat potential clients like this . Shame on you . Oh and by the way I took my boys to Dr. Kemp at Arlington Orthodontics and we are happy there and they Don’t treat us with rudeness and are not condescending like your office manager . I refuse to give you one cent for the rudeness and I certainly can’t refer anyone else to you for this reason .

I wish I could give this office 10+ stars because they’re that great. Before getting braces, I heard all the horror stories, “you’ll be in so much pain,” “you’re going to hate the next 18 months.” Clearly these people did not come to Nak4 Orthodontics. Everything from day 1 has been flawless and painless. I have yet to be in pain after an appointment. The customer service is fantastic too. The front desk always greets you with a smile and makes you feel at ease. Dr. Nakfoor is a perfectionist which I absolutely love! He will make sure your smile is perfect and you’re completely satisfied. The assistants are super friendly and make sure to explain what they are doing. Carol will always have a conversation with you every time you’re there about upcoming plans and other questions to get to know you better. It’s all these small (but big) things that go such a long way. I highly recommend Nak4 Orthodontics for anyone who is looking into braces or Invisalign. Trust me, you’ll be thankful you went to this office.

Nak4 Orthodontics has been amazing to work with. Showed up for my appointment too early (my fault) and they were able to work me in. I would have gladly come back later but they went above and beyond to make sure they could take off my appointment right then. Carol J. was amazing and handled the application of my Invisalign effortlessly. She walked me through every step and made sure all of my questions were answered and that I was comfortable throughout the process. She took her time and was so friendly and patient. Have had an excellent experience with everyone at the office so far. They are so friendly and helpful and glad my dentist referred me here for my ortho treatment.
