10/10 best Orthodontist in the DFW, Dr and her staff go above and beyond with the work they provide for our kids. stared with a pallet expander to fix his bite after 2 months with the expander his upper and lower braces where place. his been in treatment for 12 months and at this point his upper and lower teeth look amazing, can't wait to see the finished results. -thank you!!

I was referred to Winnie Orthodontics by someone who is obviously an angel. I waited to get my daughter braces because I don't just trust my kiddo with anyone but Winnie Orthodontics came highly recommended. I ran to the comments (reviews) and each one was glowing. When I called to set my daughter up an initial appointment the receptionist was so sweet and understanding of my ALL my questions and explained how the consultation would go.On the day of my daughter's initial consultation we were warmly greeted and everyone made my daughter feel at ease.On the big day my daughter was nervous but her appointment was quick and they even allowed me to come back sit in case my daughter needed moral support.I would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone who needed some orthodontic work done. The treatment is affordable and my baby's about to have the most beautiful smile 😊

I love love Dr Winnie’s work! I was missing a front tooth and was nervous about receiving braces (for cosmetic reasons) but Dr. Winnie was creative and found a way to do a temporary replacement during the process! She did an amazing job! Also, Fernanda is the best dental assistant in the world. She is very personable and will ensure that you have everything you need to be successful in the journey of having braces. The braces are very affordable, especially with the monthly plan. I am grateful for finding this place.

Winnie orthodontics are con artists. Fernando who I assume is their account manager laid out the payment plan and I was told what I had to pay and insurance responsibility. I paid all my portion, when I returned for services I was told that I had to continue making payments every month despite insurance paying them and then they will refund me once the insurance fully pays their portion completely. Come to find out they haven’t billed my insurance for the past 6 months; when I asked why they haven’t bill the insurance I was told they don’t bill insurance, the insurance company would just automatically pay. I explained that any company or office have to bill an insurance company in order to receive payment which was done previously. They preferred me to pay out of pocket versus utilizing my insurance that I pay monthly.Also, staff continued to laugh while I was speaking to the reception who was relaying information from Winnie and Fernando in Spanish which I am very fluent in, and it was very disrespectful. Fernando nor Winnie would approach me to speak they used the reception to relay their messages.

I came for the first time and had a great experience. I am here for the second time for braces and the best part about this experience is that they allowed me to pay with a payment plan! It was so convenient and easy, I just gave them a debit card on file and they gave me the number of payments and put me on monthly instalments. So thankful for their kindness towards my braces.

This is my second time having braces , my experience at a different Ortho was unfortunately not the best but Since the start of my treatment at winnie ortho they have always been extremely communicative about the whole process with GREAT service from all the staff ,very friendly I have zero complaints I wish I would’ve came here the first time around <3

Dr. Winnie Cung is my go to provider for orthodontics care! She has provided premier services since the beginning of my care plan and I am extremely satisfied with my results! The dental assistants (who chose not to be named) have been nothing short of amazing. From the front desk to the back chair my experience is always quality. There are so many good things that I could say about Dr. Winnie but to summarize them all, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Thank you so much for everything.

I kid you not this was the greatest experience ever, I would prefer coming here than an amusement park. I used to be scared of the dentist and refused to go, but my experience at Winnie Orthodontics made me excited to come here, the staff are all friendly and Doctor Winnie is one of the nicest ladies you will ever meet. I was treated respectfully and with care. Two years ago I got my braces done here and ever since Doctor Winnie and her staff have done an amazing job at helping me progress. Now I can smile big and not have to worry how my teeth look. If I was in Houston I would drive over here just to get my braces done by Doctor Winnie, If you could choose anyone in Texas, choose her, if you could choose anyone in the world, choose her.

Dr. Winnie is such an amazing orthodontics she really takes the time to explain all details and aspects of treatment. My daughter just came for braces and the Dr. and her staff were very knowledgeable on the treatment. The office is very clean and they disinfect after every patient which is a plus. If your looking for a great orthodontics come here you wont regret it.
