Garrett Orthodontics - Arroyo Grande

Staff is amazing and Dr. Garrett is wonderful! My 8 year old had to get braces at the same time as my 13 year old. Neither of them once complained about going to their appointments and always said how nice every was.I 100% recommend!!!

The new location is fantastic and my son had a pleasant initial consultation. I appreciate their pro-active approach to communication. The office sent automated text replies when I called outside of business hours where I could leave my question and get a text response the next business day. Of course you can speak to someone on the phone as well! Their office emailed me a link to complete the initial intake form online prior to the appointment. Upon arrival our son was able to check himself in on the touch pad. The office is bright, airy and modern. Very fun! Dr. Garrett has years of experience as well. This is our third son to have orthodontic work completed by him and I have every confidence in his ability. I highly recommend Garrett Orthodontics!

I’d recommend Dr. Garrett to anyone in need of any level of orthodontic work! He and his staff are incredible, and it’s obvious they all love what they do! Their customer service is outstanding, and they truly care about doing their best work for their patients. I’m thrilled with how Dr. Garrett has transformed the alignment of my teeth and excited to see the final results!

My granddaughter had a wonderful experience at Garrett Orthodontics. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They really know what they are doing. Dr. Garrett is great and always has time for questions. Although she had her braces taken off a few years ago, she has returned to replace retainers. She has always enjoyed going to Garrett Orthodontics.

I was in a car accident which resulted in the loss of my retainer. Garrett Orthodontics got me an appointment quickly. They were kind to me about the situation and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Dr. Garrett took the time to check the movement if my teeth and see what he could do to provide me a retainer that would correct any shifting that happened. I had not been to the office in several years (since my braces had been removed) and the staff remembered me, were extremely friendly. When you go to Garrett Orthodontics you can tell that the office staff really care. Also, it must be an amazing place to work because I notice they retain the same staff for a very long time which is not always the case at other dental offices. Additionally the decor in the lobby and waiting areas is calming with an ocean theme. I was actually feeling sick the day I came in my appointment so the soothing atmosphere made a difference for me. I can guarantee I will take my daughter to Garrett Orthodontics should she need orthodontic care when she is older. I highly recommend them.

Wow, my experience at Garrett Orthodontics was great! As an older patient (over 65) I found the personnel to be extremely pleasant, helping and fun. Dr. Garrett was professional and extremely tolerant to my whining and complaining which is something I am entitled to at my age. The younger patients were fun and the overall 2 years I spent with them ending up with me feeling like they were family.I highly recommend Garrett Ortho for any one of any age!

What a wonderful experience this treatment has been! Doctor Garrett and his staff are great. Any questions or concerns I ever had with regard to my orthodontic treatment were always addressed quickly and completely, and all the staff is helpful and always cheerful. I would highly recommend this office for anyone needing to upgrade their smile. I drive over an hour to get to each appointment (I live/work approximately 60 miles from the Arroyo Grande office), and have never considered switching to another office closer to home. That's how good they are!!

With over 19 years of working in the dental field; I knew when it was time for my son to get braces that I had to find a doctor that met my standards. I had to find an office that is experienced, cares and is reasonably priced. I found a great doctor and staff at Dr. Garrett’s office in Arroyo Grande, CA. Dr. Garrett and his staff are very knowledgeable, personable, well organized and efficient. My son has been well taken care of and we feel like part of the family; they truly care!

We have had a wonderful experience so far with Garrett Orthodontics. Even though I wasn't quite prepared to start with orthodontics yet (my son is only 6) but because his two front teeth are growing in sideways and behind the bottom teeth it was crucial to start him in braces asap. The staff is so nice and helpful...they are extremely patient with my over zealous 6 year old. We are very pleased to have such a wonderful orthodontist in our area.

The staff at Garrett Orthodontics is terrific and Dr.Garrett is wonderful and knows teeth....the only thing I would say that is frustrating is that they take a lot of time off- which is great if you are a staff member and to work there would be wonderful- but I found it frustrating as a parent when a wire would break or something would go wrong. Leaving messages and calling two offices was difficult. Hours of operation were limited.
