Almost everyone in our family has had treatment at BRO, and they've always been exceptional. Especially important was their patience and care with our 7yo when she first got braces and was extremely anxious. Barbara was so wonderful with her, and even years later she always asks about our kids whenever we see her in the office and makes visits so welcoming. They really take caring for each individual very seriously. Definitely recommend this practice!

My family goes to blue ridge orthodontist and we LOVE it !!! We speak very fondly of BRO. Every time we go there is a very friendly hostesses and doctors . My family and I also love BRO because when you are waiting for you appointment there is an arcade (brocade) they also provide you with coffee and bubble water . Over all going to BRO is great experience!

We have been coming to this office for a couple of years now. It is a very convenient location and they have extended hours so my son does not miss school and I do not miss work. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. The orthodontist's thoroughly explain the treatment plan at every visit. We love seeing everyone but Jaylin and Barbara we have seen since the beginning and we absolutely love them. They offer also some pretty amazing drawings every month that we have not been able to win just yet. I am so glad we chose them as our orthodontists. Can't recommend enough!!

We started at Bros May 2023 for my 8 year old daughter’s treatment. We were assured that if any issues arises it would be very simple to come in and have things fixed. An example they gave us was if she lost a tooth with a bracket on it. They told me I would have to cut the wire and if I could call them right away and it could be done night or weekend.Of course this week, she loses a tooth that requires me to cut the wire since the tooth came out. I used wire cutters at first and attempted finger nail clippers. Unfortunately I left a tiny wire on the end.I called the next day and couldn’t get an answer. I called the following day hopeful they surely could get us in. At this point it’s been over 24hrs and she has a swollen lip and sore due to the wire. But NO, they can’t work her in. We couldn’t do the Monday appointment available due to a school field trip but I was still hopeful there was more flexibility available. That afternoon or evening. Even Tuesday.Based on our first experience of getting braces on, it communicated that repairs or fixes are easy to get done. Unfortunately now, we have to wait another 10 days because that was the “next available “ appointment. What happened to working this in and being supportive in the journey for the kid for circumstances like this? Wax doesn’t do its job at all. It almost seems like there’s too many patients for the location if you can’t fit us in.Worst part is the attitude received on the phone asking for the appointment. No need to give it. Surprising to hear behind those big smiles.

We checked out a couple offices for consultations when my daughter needed treatment and decided to go with BRO. They were very thorough with their evaluation and made sure to explain things directly to her along the way. This made her feel a lot more comfortable and included in the process. When we were making our decision of which orthodontist in town to go with, we asked for her input and she enthusiastically said BRO.

I mean, honestly, a bit mind blowing. I have never seen ANY organization operate so smoothly, and at such a high and friendly level. Their offices are VERY nice, but their staff, from orthodontists to receptionists, are even more kind. They make the braces experience fun and let the kids pick their colors every time. Other than the first appointment or two, we have been in and out in, like, 10 or 12 minutes every visit. They are operating at a VERY high level. They're like an 14 out of 10. Bravo

I regret going with Blue Ridge Ortho for my Invisalign treatment. I initially paid in full for Invisalign with them in November of 2021. I did not get my first trays and attachments until February of 2022. I completed my Invisalign and refinements in December of 2023. They were not able to see me to remove my attachments and give me my retainer until the end of March of 2024. You read that right. I finished Invisalign and still have my attachments and do not have my retainer almost FOUR MONTHS later.Did you know they only see completed patients one day out of each month? That’s how little you matter to them after they get your money.I have had multiple friends with much worse orthodontic issues start Invisalign after me and finish long before me, while I am still sitting here with attachments on 3 years later. Their practices also offered filing and bonding services after completion which BRO does not do. BRO is a joke of a practice that lacks the capacity to serve its patients.

My daughter received braces here. We thought they were great at first. After she got her braces off, she needed her wisdom teeth out. We went for a free oral surgery consultation there, they didn't do any updated X-rays, so they obviously used old X-rays. If her old X-rays showed the need for her wisdom teeth to come out, why didn't they inform was of this after her braces came off, or even before? The wisdom teeth coming in/crowding her teeth, would've completely redid the years/ money that we had in her braces. We made the appointment for the oral surgery, they told us we would need to pay the 'down payment' by that next Thursday or the appointment would be cancelled. We ended up going somewhere else, Never paiddeposit, so you would think that they cancelled the surgery apt. They called me the day before the apt to inform me that there would be a $100 cancellation fee for cancelling the day before, since the apt hasn't been confirmed or cancelled.

I started braces treatment in December, I recently switched over from Hendersonville to Asheville. My last appointment I officially met all 3 doctors. They are very nice and informative, they explain how and why in the process. I also met Jess, she is a really fun person, very patient and sweet, it's very easy to warm up to her and she feels like a friend. I'm really glad I chose BRO!
