Great Smiles Orthodontics

Hello all, this was my very fist time going to Great Smiles Orthodontist! All of the staff is fantastic🙂. Who I had the pleasure of meeting and have guide me on the whole process with getting my braces, the cost, tips to give me a greater smile where Shelley, Melissa Morris, Dr. Stephanie were the best! I appreciate them all. I feel alot better about getting my braces. Come on down people😊

Haley and her team put on Jon's top braces today. They were so kind, helpful and patient. Flexibility is key and this office exhibits understanding and compassion.Melissa Morris was helpful in understanding the process.Dr. Stephanie is knowledgeable and so patient. I would highly recommend this practice.

I can’t praise Dr Stephanie and Great Smiles enough! She and her staff are fully committed to her patients. I have been a tough case and she has been very patient and supportive. The entire office is full of super nice people and they all work together seamlessly.INVISALIGN, the company, has some restrictive policies and is definitely here to make money… (but that’s capitalism.) and it’s worth it!It’s worth it to invest in your Smile!Very personable orthodontist!5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

New patients here. Great Smiles was a great experience! Excellent staff! Shelley was upbeat and hospitable and made our son feel very comfortable. Melissa was easy to talk with and helped us understand orthodontic processes. Dr. Stephanie took time to make an introduction and was very accommodating. Looking forward to our journey with this group!

Just had a New Patient Consult for both of my sons with Dr. Stephanie. She was wonderful and explained everything so that we all could understand her recommendations. Shelley took them back and was super friendly and helpful as she took pictures of their teeth. Melissa helped to make them feel at ease by engaging them in conversation throughout the process. All of the staff were wonderful including those that checked us in.

My 2 teenage children have had appointments at Great Smiles this week and I was so impressed with the kindness and friendliness of all the team there. Dr Steph was very thorough and was very clear on the plans for the kids treatment. Melissa the treatment coordinator made everything easy and was fantastic with my teens. Would recommend to everyone.

We had an evaluation for my daughter today at Great Smiles Orthodontics and they were amazing. My daughter was a little nervous and Shelley did a wonderful job putting her at ease. Melissa won her over talking about dogs and made her feel very excited to come back for check ups. Dr. Stephanie was so nice and very informative. We were definitely impressed for our first visit!

Excellent experience for me and my 12yr old granddaughter. Dr Blackmon took time to thoroughly explain the plan of care. The clinical staff was informative, gentle and professional. The admin staff were extremely helpful especially Melissa who sat me down and explained my financial options very clearly. It’s been 4 months since the lower braces were placed and we’re very happy with the results so far and look forward to completing the care plan.Also all the staff that we came in contact with had smiles on their faces which is always a good sign.

Have been SO happy with Great Beginnings dentistry but unfortunately very disappointed with the orthodontics group. Have come in twice for appointments after our kiddo’s expander broke and then told it wasn’t ready, and today arrived 5 minutes late (yes my fault) and was made to reschedule. Additionally, we have found it very difficult to schedule with the Asheville office and Woodfin is just too far a trek for us from Arden. While we will keep our kids at Great Beginnings, we have found Blue Ridge Orthodontics to be a much better fit for our orthodontic needs.

Great meeting with Melissa and Stephanie. Appreciated the friendly environment and more importantly the knowledge and support. Those2 are Rock Start. Also the lady whose name I’ve forgotten that took us in initially for x rays was excellent.Thanks guys. 👍🏻👍🏻
